Relax with the whole family at this stylish & peaceful place to stay.

-Every inch of this home was designed with vacationing families in mind. This stunning designer home is in quiet upscale neighborhood of Seminole. The perfect getaway that feels secluded while being close to everything!

-Beautiful large kitchen for you to make tons of meals and memories. The dining area seats 8 and the island seats 4. This is a beautiful home your family and friends will love.

After a day at the beach or out exploring all that Tampa/St. Pete has to offer, your whole crew can relax in our garden or enjoy the game room, ping pong table, dart board and/or outdoor fireplace sitting area.

The Space~

The house sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably, with a dedicated workspace, if you absolutely need to get some work done. But with the beach less than 5 minutes away, you’ll be tempted to put all calls on hold until after your vacation!

The entire home is for the whole family to enjoy with the exception of a locked owners closet downstairs.

The garage is not available for parking - it is a game room/entertainment area. Not to worry!! Bring your Boat and/or RV because our driveway is large enough to accommodate several vehicles.

-Minutes from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, North Redington, Madeira Beach.

-Quick jaunt to multiple airports (St. Pete-Clearwater, 11 miles; Tampa International, 19 miles; Sarasota/Bradenton, 34 miles)

- Theme parks galore! Splash Harbour Water Park is only 4 miles away, Busch Gardens is only 27 miles away, and you are less than two hours from the Magic of Disney in Orlando/Kissimmee.

-Whether you like fishing, botanical gardens or nature preserves, the St. Pete and Clearwater area has you more than covered. Outdoor recreation can be found year-round on the nearby Pinellas Trail, and our home is only 11 miles from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Pets ok but need approval. $85 yard clean up fee and additional $250 deposit may be required. Any bookings over 6 guests are subject to an additional nightly fee of $15 per guest, per night.

Great Place To Stay with Family & In-laws.

If you have a big family and like it clean- stay here. Listing is accurate. Property Mngr was very helpful recapping the amenities of the home before our arrival. We stayed 8 fun nights. Just a relaxing and clean place. Great rooms and lounge area. A lot is available— Brain teasers and games for the family(games we’ll kept) towels available. Had a nice laundry room with iron and hangers. Great kitchen with Ice machine in fridge. Quick drive to Indian rock Beach. Publix 4 min away. Garage with fans and ping pong table ..Beach Wagon boogie boards and sand toys for the little ones- also well kept by others. Charcoal BBQ and tools to use available. Leave it clean please… because we will be back with the family’s Plz excuse typos

Perfect location!

We chose this property because it was the right size to meet our needs and it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on our vacation to the area. We were extremely pleased with everything! There's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well as just a short drive to the beach, but it's also on a quiet road that doesn't get a lot of traffic. We were only 40 minutes from Tampa for things we wanted to do there, close enough to the parks and beaches we wanted to explore, and John's Pass is pretty close, too! The house was clean and had more than enough for our group of 8! The backyard and garage were nice touches, but unfortunately it was too hot (July) for us to enjoy them much. Next time we come back to the area, we would certainly chose this property again if it's available.

Summer Vacay 2024

This home was the perfect get away if you want to be close to the beach, and not in the middle of the island craziness. We were a party of eight. My daughters, their families, my husband and myself. The grandkids, 4 and 8 were very entertained with all the games provided through out the home. It's two stories and the A/C was perfect on both levels. The kitchen is dream, with lots of space for a cook. With plenty of seating for the meal. The place is set up well for coming in off the beach. Just back down the drive, unload, rinse your belongings and place them in the garage for reloading the next day. They also have everything you need for the beach there, from towels, blankets, ice chests, umbrella’s, beach chairs, sand castle-building buckets and a wagon to carry it all in one trip. Just add sunscreen and go! I will stay here again!

Great place for a family!

Great property! Great value! Sharon was very responsive to us. The place had all we needed while staying for our vacation. It was stylish and clean. Highly recommend this place. We were close to the beach. The pool table was a huge success! Thanks for the lovely place, Sharon!

Great VRBO for family vacation!

Five bedroom home was a great place to stay. Roomy kitchen/dining room. Bedrooms were setup nicely with plenty of room. 2 1/2 baths were great - it would have been nice to have a shower downstairs for those 2 bedrooms. Beautiful backyard and garage setup for games. Nice that baby items were supplied- high chair, pack n play and kids dishes. Charcoal grill vs gas. Easy to travel to the beach with supplied beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Clean but there were areas with splatters on the walls. Saw some roaches but they said they had recently sprayed for them. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect family getaway!

Summer Trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood. It is close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again.
