This bright and beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor. You enter into the open concept living space. The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living room with seated dining as well as counter seating. The master bedroom attaches to the bathroom and has a sliding door to access the balcony. From the balcony you can see a partial view of the inter-coastal waterway and the marina below.

There are TVs in every room, WiFi, parking pass for one vehicle (no exceptions) and beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy. There is a fully equipped gym and a year round heated pool and spa. Madeira Beach is across the street (public crosswalk) and a short walk to the Boardwalk at John`s Pass.

We are a dog friendly condo so please bring your bestie if well behaved. There is a non refundable pet fee and 2 dog maximum. If any damages are incurred due to your pup, those are not included in the fee.

Guests have full resort privileges and access to nearly all amenities, including a well-equipped gym in the adjacent building.

Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and beach access across the street via public crosswalk. Parking for one vehicle is included. Walk to John’s Pass Boardwalk for dining, shops, and endless waterfront fun.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John`s Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski`s, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine.

- We are dog friendly (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $150. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
