THE KITCHEN:

- Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking pots and pans and serving utensils as well as complimentary coffee and k-cups, sugar, and creamer. We have basic spices at your disposal as well.


THE DINING ROOM:

- The dining room is just off the kitchen and includes a dining table to seat 6. Feel free to enjoy a good meal with those you love!


THE PATIO:

- The rooftop patio has plenty of seating for your group, plus a fire pit to make the views even more enjoyable.


WORKSPACE:

- 2 of the bedrooms contain workspaces dedicated to our guests.


PETS:

There are NO PETS allowed. (There will be an additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets.)


SMOKING:

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine.

Smoking is allowed anywhere OUTSIDE in the backyard or on the patio, just please dispose of your cigarette butts.
