Great place to stay in Nashville!

Great location within walking distance of grocery, pharmacy, and Hattie B’s! The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room to lounge around with a large group. We enjoyed it very much!

Nashville House

Great stay! Was plenty of room for the 8 of us to hang out but also have private space to have downtime. Very nice rooftop patio with umbrellas for those toasty afternoons! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The townhouse is beautiful, has everything you need, and an amazing rooftop (that I wished we could have used more). Communication was super quick when we needed help with anything and they were nice enough to let us extend our stay easily when our flights were rescheduled.

Gorgeous large townhome!

This was an amazing place and great location for a very fun weekend in Nashville. The house was so clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The decor was modern and lovely and the rooftop was so fun! So glad we got the opportunity to come and visit! Would totally recommend 😁😁

Nashville Vacation

The house was exactly like the pictures online. The roof top patio was amazing. Really liked the fact we could park in the garage. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Nashville.

Fantastic Location & Rooftop!

We visited with a group of 9 for a long weekend. The beds were all very comfortable and the pullout full size bed in the living room came in handy. The location was very convenient within walking distince to the 12th South area, and just a short 5-10 min Uber ride to Broadway. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax as well! Clean & well taken care of. We will definately plan on staying here again!

Bachelor Party Weekend

The VRBO was great! Check in/out was easy, and all communication from the host was timely and informative. The property location was perfect - We were able to walk to 12 South bars/restaurants and were just a short Uber ride from Broadway. We were also lucky enough to have great weather so our favorite part was being able to enjoy some rooftop beverages in the sun! 10/10, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent location, roof top cool, beautiful decor

Had a wonderful time, the house was perfect location to uber to down town or really anywhere near by. Roof top was perfect to just chill, hang out with friends, there was also a grill up there, we didn't get a chance to use.LOTS of stairs so you get a workout :) the inside had everything we needed, and was decorated beautifully! The host was very easy to communicate with as well.

Pros: Very clean inside, beds comfortable, plenty of space, kitchen well equipped, coffee k-cups nice touch, air conditioner worked well (it was in the high 90s all week), nice to have a garage and out front street parking, nice area of town to get to everything, walking distance to shops, Publix close by, great to have my dog with me, all questions were answered quickly via text, rooftop deck was nice but unusable this week because it was super hot outsideCons: Outside of the townhouse complex is dire need of a pressure wash, cobwebs everywhere, grass hasn't been cut in weeks, bathtub didn't have a stopper (I specifically rented this place because it had a tub), lots of steps if that is an issue for anyone. I would stay here again when I return to Nashville

Fun Weekend in Nashville

This house was exactly as advertised. Nice neighborhood, cute/eclectic decor, comfy beds and bedding, and an amazing roof top. Largest selection of glassware ever! Short walk to Hattie B's and Publix grocery store. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Property manager was VERY proactive and quick to respond to any questions.

Birthday bash

Our house was Beautiful, extremely clean, a lot of space and plus Great Location only 8 min Uber ride. We definitely utilized the rooftop deck to be out in the amazing weather we had ! The only downfall I would say is 2 of the rollaway beds weren’t very comfortable and not really suitable for an adult! But with that being said we would definitely rent this house again on our trips back

20th anniversary

House is just like description. Beautiful on the inside and perfect for three couples. Everyone had their own room/bathroom. Very well stocked with everything you need. Rooftop is a nice perk. We used it last night before leaving. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Very close Uber drive to all must see Nashville things. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place is awesome!

We absolutely could not have found a more perfect place to stay for our long weekend in Nashville. Two couples and a friend went to celebrate a 40th birthday. This place was perfect because we all had our own space - separate bedrooms and bathrooms- but also had a beautiful kitchen and living area for us to gather in. The rooftop is an added bonus - such a great addition to have morning coffee up there or FaceTime our kids in the evenings. The house is decorated so gorgeously, had everything we needed, and is just a short walk to the convenience store or quick Uber to 12 South or Downtown. Very clean, very convenient, very inviting- we just loved everything about it!! Highly recommend!!

Cozy and colorful, walk 12south and 8th

Extremely romy and tall townhouse located very close to walking shops and restaurants of 8th s and 12south. Able to walk downtown to the gulch in about 25 minutes. Well equipped house with plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Neat and tidy but with a little artistic flare. It was an extreme cold snap in Nashville but the house was pleasantly heated on two of the three levels. I appreciated the coffee supplies provided as well as things like paper towels including cleaning products in the kitchen.

Upon entering the front door you'll be greeted by the first floor King Suite with attached Bath - 2 Car attached Garage is the ground level with plenty of Free street parking.
Up a level to the Living space which boasts tons of natural light and plenty of space for large groups to gather. Pop Art and updated furnishings make this the perfect place to celebrate any occasion from birthdays or reunions to engagement parties. On this living level you'll find a Queen Murphy bed that is easily made up and folded away when not in use. The third level has 2 ensuite bedrooms - The King Primary and Queen suite. 2 Roll Away memory foam cots are in the Primary closet for use as well. They are extremely comfortable and can be set up in the Primary Suite and 1 in the Primary closet for added privacy.

The large open rooftop terrace is perfect for afternoon or anytime lounging. Cool color changing string lights and accent lights allow you to set the mood for fun evenings and celebrations. Plenty of seating for your entire group and room to spread out while grilling, relaxing or playing a round of corn hole after or before hitting the town in Music City.
