The house is centrally located in a small neighborhood close to shopping as well as beaches and hiking trails. It is comfortable and tastefully furnished with a more modern look, has full size stainless appliances, and a well stocked kitchen. It also has a gas fireplace and fully fenced backyard. All bedrooms are upstairs. All vehicles must fit and park on the property.

We absolutely loved our cozy home by the sea!!! It was beautiful and the house is so well taken care of, we all had the best time ever enjoying this home!!!It had everything you could possibly need and then some!!! The backyard was so cute and perfect for our pups with a cute little patio for us to enjoy as well. Amazing beaches and restaurants so close and a really cute, quiet neighborhood. Can’t say enough about this property!!! Host was wonderful and thought of every single detail to make sure you have a wonderful stay!!! We enjoyed putting together the 1000 piece puzzle!!! You will not be disappointed in this property!!!

Great home. Close to lots of fun things to see. Beds are comfy. Great backyard for dogs to safely roam. Clean and loved the door code access with no key to share among guests.

Last minute winter trip to visit my oldest studying at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology in Charleston. This house tucked back in a neighborhood in the Empire area was quiet and so cozy, while still being less than 10 minutes from Coos Bay and coastal attractions. The fenced yard was great for my dog and there were plenty of dog blankets and towels provided, which made us feel comfortable and safe. With heavy rains hanging out by the gas fire was cozy and warm.

Great place to stay when visiting Oregon coast.

Clean, comfortable, modern, lots of nice touches, and wonderfully dog friendly. Beautiful area, lots to see if you like exploring the coast....long beach walks, hiking, seal watching and more. Will stay again!

Weekend getaway

We originally booked back in August but had to change due to a lun over booking of events. They made it so easy to change our dates. Cute quiet neighborhood. Close to Shore Acres park, the most beautiful park I’ve ever been to.

Family Reunion 2024

This property to a T, was exactly as listed, extremely clean and well furnished. Opening and securing the door was easy to do and information was provided to us well in advance. Our stay included light use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with essentials and all of the usual appliances. Appliances were top notch and were clean and worked well. There were ample towels, wash clothes, and shower rugs. Paper goods were abundant as well as cleaning supplies. There was use of the garage allowed but other than to look inside for a moment we did not use it. Same with the rear yard, we did not use it. The weather was very cool while we were in the area and the fireplace provided a nice touch while watching television before going to bed. Not being on a street that came directly off the main hi way was a plus, so light to no traffic. Premises was quiet and seemed to be in a well kept area of the town. If available on another trip to the area, I would definitely book again if available. Thank You for letting us stay in your fine home! :)

Great place

This property was great. We had a wonderful time seeing all of the different beaches. Whiskey Run was a favorite - with tons of great rocks and agates. Kathryn was an easy, helpful host - available if we needed, but gave us our space. I would highly suggest this home.

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a great adult weekend away. The house was located in a perfect location for beach combing and clamming. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you.

Great place to stay!

This was a nice comfortable place to stay. The inside of the house was the cleanest I have experienced in any rentals I have used. The only reason for the 4 star rating was the fact there were a couple piles of poop in the yard when we arrived. Other than that is was excellent! Kathryn was a great host and responded promptly when needed. It was a great place for us and our dogs. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My family and I stayed at this amazing home for a week. The home was very clean and comfortable, and very well furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat with. The backyard was fully fenced and charming, and the location was convenient to everything!

Wonderful

This house was very comfortable and our host extremely helpful and available for questions! The place was spotless. Also nicely decorated. We had everything we needed there and the location was great for traveling to places, especially Shore Acres. In addition, the yard allowed us to bring our dog. If we go that way again we will rent this one!

Really nice house
