Welcome to The Meridian Penthouse Loft! Enjoy the downtown Indianapolis experience at this centrally-located condo. Within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Convention Center. All the best restaurants, sporting events, concerts, bars, and venues downtown has to offer are just blocks away.
The space
This is a truly unique 1 of 1 unit in a historic 100+ year old building. Fully renovated top-to-bottom but maintains the historic originality of the building architecture. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath penthouse sleeps up to 7 people comfortably, with room for extra guests as well!
When entering from Meridian Street, you’ll be met by a secure lobby before heading up to the second floor condo. The living room features a 65” smart TV and plenty of room to kick back and relax. Play pool on a piece of history, featuring a billiard table from the Indiana Pacers ABA Clubhouse!
The large master bedroom features a comfortable California king bed with a Serta memory foam mattress. Modern en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, steam shower and double vanity. Enjoy a friendly game of pop-shot basketball or sleep more guests on a full-size pull out couch in the huge master sitting area.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The third bedroom features full-over-full bunk beds. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill shower and separate tub, but each side has its own vanity and toilet. (Note: 250lb weight limit on the top bunk)
Guests are welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer.
1 free garage parking spot included.
