The outside of the home is all completely fenced in (pets are welcome!), re-done, and ready to entertain:

—BARREL SAUNA: Brand new state-of-the-art 10 foot barrel sauna.

—DEDICATED GRILL SPACE: we have an electric grill that stays filled with propane & plenty of room to grill out for the entire group.

—OUTDOOR GAMES: cornhole and KanJam are provided for your entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
You are tucked away next to a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood, just a three minute drive from a local Ingles store and Walgreens.

It is an extremely safe and secure neighborhood in a nice part of Asheville.

Getting Around:
There is room for six cars in the driveway and then there is free street parking all around the house as well.

Other Things to Note:
Ubers/Lyfts are readily available, as well as local taxi services.
