The property offers an amazing location just 1 block to the beach, located in the fabulous section South of Fifth street in South Beach. We are your one stop shop for tour info in the area too! Some of the most prestigious restaurants in the neighborhood include Prime 112, Joe's Crab House, Milos and Phillipe Chow... just to name a few.

For your convenience we have a coffee shop in the building that sells,beer,wine,candy cigars and much more. Conveniently located steps to Ocean drive,the beach and 1 block to the Bay.

Check in is any time after 3pm and check out is any time before 11am.

PARKING: I always suggest NOT to rent a car when visiting SOBE as everything is with in walking distance. A cab from Miami Airport is a $35 flat fee, there is also a bus that can take you to and from the Airport for only $2.50. If you decide to rent a car, there is a parking garage is about block away. Street parking passes when available are $10 a day

Transportation is just steps away, deco bike stop is less then a block away and the bus stop is located at the corner of the block.
World famous South Beach - called SoBe by locals - is known for its spectacular nightlife, fine dining, Art Deco area, trend-setting design influence, annual hosting of MTV award shows and -- of course -- its beautiful beach.

ABOUT PAYMENT:
Many ask about the price and extra fees and how to pay. When
you put in the dates and number of people you will get our total cost. There are no taxes on top of the price, but AirBnB adds their fee on top of our price.
The $150 is a security deposit charged in the event of damage or house rules are broken. So far we have never had to keep any of the deposits.All the payments are safely made with credit card to Airbnb when booking. They hold the money until the day you check in and will then transfer it to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings with us are done with the \"strict\" cancellation policy
and all cancellations should be done through AirBnB. This being said, if we manage to re-rent the place the nights you have canceled we can give a bigger refund to you than what the strict cancellation policy dictates. The earlier you cancel the bigger the chance that we will find other guests.

SEEING THE PLACE BEFORE BOOKING:
Airbnb doesn't allow us to exchange contact information
before a booking is done, and it is our experience that trying to show the apartment ahead of time ends up being a waste of time for both guest and host. Our photos show exactly how the apartment looks (every corner of it). If you still want to see the apartment, please make a reservation first and then hopefully we can arrange a time soon after between other guests when you can see the place.

Though there are no amenities in the building, you will appreciate the location. We are right next door to a pizzeria,bar and great Restaurants. All located on the same block.
Other things to note
Disclosure: Being in such a great location so close to everything as far as proximity to the beach,clubs and restaurants has pros and cons. On occasion you may hear some party goers, garbage trucks come by either late at night or early in the morning. This should not be taken as a sign that parties are welcome here, they are not. This is a very residential building with the owner of the building living on site so NO PARTIES. If you are looking for the ultimate quite place this is not for you. If you are looking for an apartment with a view this is not the apt. If you are looking to be steps to the beach and enjoying the South Beach Life Style then this place is for you. Please keep in mind this is South Beach :) PLEASE BE SURE TO GO OVER ALL OUR RULES BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION. THANK YOU!!
