This is NOT IN BRICKELL; this place is 5 minutes away from Ocean Dr in the Heart of South Beach Miami, in the middle of it all. 10 mibutes from the cruise port. The place is in a older building so everything is NOT NEW, amd this is NOT A HOTEL, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE COMPLAINING. This is a calm relaxing area with a serene, peaceful vibe. 😊 ABSOLUTELY NO PETS UNLESS YOU PAY THE FEE FOR PETS ($250 PER PET).

Seamless and easy to check in . It’s in the prime location where all the action is so you don’t have to go far at all to enjoy Miami Beach.The host is absolutely amazing, accommodating and attentive. I will def be back to this location

We actually were moved to a different property after booking due to construction issues at the Venetian location. However, the property we stayed at is extremely close and accessible to downtown and beaches. If you are someone who likes to walk everywhere this is a great location especially for the price. Vincent was amazing, his vibe matches the property. He is a kind individual and very helpful. The property reminds me of a frat house meets casual comfort. It’s a no frills joint, a place to lay your head for the night it’s not a hotel. So understand what you are booking. If you are easy going and can roll with the punches this is a great choice. Do not book this place expecting hi end. As I mentioned the property owner was sweet and helpful. Parking is expensive but it’s Miami during spring break so it’s to be expected. We stayed one night before our cruise.

Ultimately the worst feeling as I was pulling up cause I was given another address that wasn’t up to par for my friend and myself. The pictures provided were definitely not what we walked into and the host actually meet us outside and literally walked us to the room ordered us to take our shoes off at door and felt as if we were staying over a dare to stay facility with all rules given even if it was 420 friendly. Absolutely uncomfortable from the jump start and we did express to host. No adult towels just kid beach one for both of us, showed parking in venue but was told nooo it cost to park, host gave his spot for the night but getting into with my

I hope this doesn't scare anyone away, I go out of my way for everyone giests that stays with me. This guest's was a problem from the start. She arrived extremely late and tried to find a number of reasons to complain.She talked about it being too close to the beach, and it being to close.to the residential area, and why are so many people outside walking around. I explained to the guests that there was a fee to park the car or they could find parking in a garage; I did give them options. They gave me a bad vibe and bad energy from the start. I helped carry their bags and yes, I asked them to take their shoes off because it says that in the listing description and I explained that prior to them arriving. I also allowed them to park in the space for free after checking them in and carrying their bags in. I walked every guests in and give them the lay of the land and the rules, I dont look to be disrespectful or make guests uncomfortable bit I cant make everyone happy, but i make it my business to try. This guests was just looking for a reason to complain and their really wasn't anything else I could have done to make it better.

I was aware the building was old but there is a difference between old and dingy and this place was definitely dingy and unkept. I also was under the impression I was booking the room in the photos which was incorrect. We were in a totally different place than the photos. The approximate address is also very inaccurate, we were in a totally different spot than we had envisioned we’d be in. The only redeeming quality is it is a close walk to the beach and shops. I was very mislead by the other reviews when booking, I would spend a little more and get a nicer place.

This guests was extremely racist and said somw disgusting things directly to me but I had.to he a professional host.and handle it accordingly. I explained to the guests that I needed to move them to another place because they were doing construction on the building they booked; I carried their bags inside, stayed with them over an hour to give them things to do in the area. As i explained in the initial listing that these buildings are.older but we clean up the best we can and make sure its relaxing and comfortable but this is NOT THE SLS,.TAJ MAHAL,FAENA, OR RITZ CARLTON. I did everything I could to make their stay relaxed. I even booked them an lunch reservation for the inconvenience. I will continue try to.improve my places and my services but you can't make everyone happy. I hope this doesn't push anyone away from booking with us..

Sad enough this guests checked in and I sat with them for at least an hour and gave them the lay of the land, places to go, and made sure they were secure ; thry even went to a restaurant I set them up with and evwn brought me back foosd and then after i left they said the TV next door was too loud so they left. Saddened to have to explain in this way but that was why they left me a 2 star review. I made and continue to make efforts to make sure my guests are comfortable and enjoy themselves; but you cant make everyone happy. I'll continue to try to be better to avoid these scenarios and having to leave these types of messages.

THIS PLACE IS IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI and not in BRICKELL. THIS PLACE IS IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI in the heart of SOUTH BEACH. If you check in after 5pm there is a Late charge of $75; if you check in after 8pm it is $100; and if you check in after 12am the charge is $150 unless you tell me way in advance.

15 minutes from the Ports ( for Cruises) and 15 minutes from Miami Heat Arena. You are in the heart of SOUTH BEACH MIAMI. The space is eclectic and super laid back. I will give you the keys and walk you into the place. If you check in later than 5pm there is a Late Fee of $50 and if you check in after 8pm its $75 and after 11pm its $100 unless you let me know that you will be late when you book. Just to add some extra understanding; this is NOT A HIGH CLASS HOTEL, this is in a older building so NO it won't be dirty, but please don't come looking for perfection. I will go out of my way to make sure your stay is excellent, but I needed to express that.
