Happy week in Puerto Morelos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little apartment for two couples. Everything worked, all necessities were provided (including beach chairs and an umbrella), and there was even housekeeping and laundry service! Milko and his team were very helpful and flexible (we'd forgotten about the 10 am check-out time...) The location is in a pleasant, very safe neighborhood, and very convenient, just a few blocks to the beautiful beach and to all restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good place for a few people

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a good experience overall. Milko was very welcoming. There were 5 of us, which was too many for this smaller space. Would be good for 2 couples. My friend said the foldout couch was too uncomfortable to sleep on. My friends stayed at their place next to the office, which was newer and larger.

Lovely stay in PM

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd visit to Puerto Morelos, and our best yet largely because of the wonderful apartment we stayed in. Upon our arrival we were met with a thorough tour. Pool is small but deeper than you’d think and very refreshing. Had our own patio area to read and relax. 2 blocks from the beach, 5 minute walk to town. Owner showed up minutes after we emailed with a question to help us. So so so clean. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely quiet apartment, close to the beach

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Rancho Sak-Ol (very bad hostel) and because we had some bad discussion with the manager there we were looking for something different and found Abbey del Sol Vacation Rentals. Even though we showed up without reservation, they immediately found a perfect apartment for us (4 people). The price was great (cheaper than the hostel), the location was good, we enjoyed the pool. So bad that we had a lost a day in the other place. Was the perfect finish for our vacation in Mexico.

A Wonderful Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us (three generations!) rented both levels of Casa Izamal and spent a glorious week. The Casa is arranged so that four people on each level can live in great peace and comfort. Of course, the grandchildren totally loved the pool. The older generations enjoyed frequent dunks, too. The kitchens are spacious and have all the appliances that one could wish. The Casas are very clean and well maintained and the Abbey del Sol staff just down the street are very responsive and helpful in booking various tours and adventures. No complaints or problems...and we tend to be quite critical.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has everything that you need for a great vacation experience. We cooked breakfast and lunch each day and the kitchen had a nice variety of dishes, pots and pans. Toilet paper, paper towels and extra jugs of water were all provided. It is nicely decorated and the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable. Four Tommy Bahama chairs, beach towels and a large umbrella are provided for the beach. The location is excellent being 1.5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks to the restaurants and shops in town and 3 blocks from the management office at Abbey Del Sol in case you have any questions. The property is very well maintained both inside and out. Housekeeping and fresh towels are available daily at no additional charge. The pool is also cleaned and chemicals checked on a daily basis.I have saved the best for last, the property owner Milko checked us in and gave a tour while explaining everything that we need to know. He is truly a customer service professional and goes out of his way to ensure that his guests have a superb holiday experience. You will not regret staying at this property.

Perfect for our Needs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very smooth rental experience. Milko and crew place high importance on customer service. The location of the unit is close to the beach (although everything is in PM) and the area around the little pool is intimate and peaceful. We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The beds were comfortable. We always felt looked after and confident that if anything went wrong, it would be taken care of, but nothing went wrong (except for the week-long vacation coming to its abrupt end). WiFi worked really well! That part of town is very quiet, which we really appreciated, but it's not a long walk to the town square. We loved it and would go back.
