10/10 venue, property owner & amenities! The Farmhouse will now hold such a special memory as not only did we enjoy a small group of us to stay the weekend, but we also hosted my bridal shower at the property which is immaculate. The renovations and the original structure are a beautiful blend and it only complimented & elevated our "Girls Just Wanna Have Fern" theme. The property owner is tremendously kind & easy to work with. There is no other place that would have made such an imprint as this property did for us. Cheers to the Farmhouse!

Excellent property and house! The farmhouse had a rustic feel, so if you want all the most modern touches, you won’t like this as much. But it is very comfortable with AC, comfy beds, renovated bathrooms, and other expected amenities. The kitchen was a dream to prepare meals for our group. Claudine was an excellent host who responded quickly to messages and even worked with us to host a wedding rehearsal dinner on the property. Yard games and the fire pit were included and a big hit with the group.

Wonderful Wedding Week!

As parents of the bride we had tons to do and places to be and just about everything was 30 minutes away. It was perfectly centrally located for us. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room, the kitchen was great for making breakfast and the streaming TV's in most of the rooms going at the same time didn't slow the wifi. Would love to go back when I could just enjoy the place and not be running all over.

Holiday Trip

Great property. This is our second time staying at the house. We had adults and children staying and had ample space for kids and adults. Plenty of rooms and updated kitchen and bathrooms.The house is decorated in a rustic farmhouse style that is authentic to the original house. Classic and well thought out. Recommend staying if in Sarver.

Weekend wedding in Sarver

This property is as advertised with owners that were easy to work with. We had 4 kids under 12 and 4 adults between 2 families and had plenty of space. The farmhouse was rustic with modern updates. Plenty of parking and space for kids to get their energy outside. The kids loved watching the waterfall and playing the games the house had to offer. We recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in Sarver.

Absolutely perfect for a family stay!

The Farmhouse was the perfect place to stay during our trip to the area for a family funeral. This place has absolutely everything and so much space, inside and out. We had a group of 8, from 7 months to 67 years old. The property was great for outdoor activities and the house was beautiful! Our 4 year old grandson claimed the loft as his own and said Pennsylvania had great beds 😉 I would recommend this house to anyone and it’s also a wedding venue which would make for an amazing wedding day! Claudine immediately responded to our inquiries and was a fantastic host. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and for all the local recommendations!

Great Stay!

My family and I attended my daughter's wedding at Succup Nature Park about 20 min from the farmhouse. The house is clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The house is airy and has plenty of sunlight. The surroundings (yard) are beautiful and peaceful. There is plenty of parking available. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. With the owner's permission, we hosted an ethnic ceremony with our extended families, and we had plenty of room. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The third-floor bedroom loft area does get quite warm and we opened the window at night. There is a window AC unit and it did cool one-side of the loft. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable.
