Este adosado de tres niveles es tan completa que se podría pensar que estabas en casa. Ingrese a la amplia sala de estar principal con cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Cocinar su propia comida en la cocina bien equipada y servir en la mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis a ocho. Cuatro asientos adicionales están disponibles en el mostrador de la cocina cerca. En la zona de estar para relajarse frente a la chimenea o HDTV de pantalla plana con la quema de DVD Blueray y Google Chromecast madera. Se ha añadido aire acondicionado en el salón para la temporada de verano. También en el nivel de entrada se encuentra un 1/2 baño, lavadero y acceso a la terraza de atrás con una vista arbolada y los sonidos de la rama del este del río Pemigewasset.

Para bajar las escaleras se encuentra una sala de juegos con televisión de pantalla plana, mesa de ping-pong y la pirámide (doble / completa) juego de cama litera. Fuera de la sala de grabación son dos dormitorios y un baño completo compartido. Una de estas habitaciones ofrece dos camas individuales, mientras que el otro tiene una cama de matrimonio.

Dos dormitorios cada uno con un baño privado completo adjunto se encuentran en la mayoría del nivel superior de la casa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio, aire acondicionado y un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama de matrimonio, así como una televisión y aire acondicionado.

Durante la temporada de verano, asegúrese de tomar un baño en el tiempo casi por agujero de la natación río vieja moda o pasar a una de las dos piscinas al aire libre. Las canchas de tenis están también disponibles durante los meses de verano.

The property suited our needs for various sleeping arrangements. The property was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay. The rental was in a good location for travelling in the area to many tourist spots. The pool and swimming hole was enjoyed by all. The only disappointing factor was the gas grill and electric grill. The gas grill was dirty and unusable. We had to clean the electric grill but in the long run did not use it.

The kitchen is well stocked and carefully thought out and even included a Keurig for our morning coffee. There is a large dining area that can fit everyone at the table as well as counter stools for additional seating. The TV area is very comfortable and seats a large family for movies and relaxation after a day of vacation fun. There are soooo many beds! This house has enough beds for any configuration of family(families)! With the 3 full baths, no one had to wait in line for a bathroom and every family member was happy. One of my favorite and most memorable parts of this condo is the outdoor deck area. When you open the sliding glass door and step onto the deck, you have a beautiful and peaceful woodland view and you hear the soft, soothing sound of the Pemi River in the distance.I would highly recommend this condo to any family who would like to escape the hectic pace of weekday life and find a peaceful retreat that is minutes away from hiking, biking, swimming, or great dining.

Perfect Mountain and River Getaway

Relax on the Pemi!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Townhouse is very spacious. Our group included 7 adults and 1 child. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms and 1 half on main level. Kitchen provided updated appliances. Be sure to bring all your own spices, coffee, filters, etc. Laundry room conveniently located on main level. The townhouse was clean and furniture was in good shape. Just a couple mentions that would make rental much better:the mattresses on the queen beds, owner should consider replacing them. Also, the matress pads and sheets did not fit tight...would invest in deep pocket sheets/pad. Lastly, an A/C unit on lower level is needed when temps are high.Fans were provided. Overall we were very satisfied. Great place for a large group, conveniently located just outside of Lincoln...very peaceful unlike all the high rise places in town. Great paved walking path across the street that goes into Lincoln. Access to the river/Lady Bathtub,tennis courts and pools just footsteps away.

Perfect place for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places we have stayed at! Plenty of room for the adults and kids to spread out. The unit was clean and well maintained. The ACs upstairs and in the living room kept the unit comfortable to sleep in especially during a few hot days. It is in a great location - one of the pools and a natural swimming hole was just a short walk even for young kids. It was a quick drive to the downtown area - it is walkable, but you have to use the main road. Also, less than an hour drive to Story Land and tubing on the Saco River. Whale's Tale waterpark is just ten minutes away. We called the owner/manager a few times with questions and they were always very helpful and friendly. This property is great for families and would highly recommend it for those looking to explore the area.

If there was any improvement, I would recommend an airconditioner for the lower level, as the dehumidifier really warms the space when the weather is over 80 degrees outside.
