Luxury townhome in the White Mtns. Convenient to hiking and area activities!

Enjoy all that the White Mountains have to offer from our townhome at Forest Ridge. With four bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom with a Kohler jetted tub, open kitchen and living floorpan, gas fireplace, deck, grill and outdoor dining space, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge after enjoying your day in the fresh mountain air. If the kids have extra energy at the end of the day, they can hang out in the finished basement, which includes plenty of floor space and a flat-screen TV. Your EV can recharge too, using the charger with CCS plug in our garage.

You will also have access to the Sports Club at Forest Ridge, which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool between Memorial Day and Labor Day, fitness center and locker rooms with showers. There are also tennis courts adjacent to the Sports Center.

Forest Ridge is located at the east end of Lincoln, NH, off the Kancamagus Highway and within about 2 miles of Loon Mountain. A short drive either along the Kanc or further up 93 takes you numerous White Mountain hiking trails that access terrain ranging from flat forest walks to ascents up to the region's many 4,000+ foot peaks.

Beautiful, Spotless Home in the Perfect Location

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was perfect! - clean and beautifully maintained. The location was ideal for exploring the area. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhouse! All of the latest appliances and great lighting. Excellent dog walking neighborhood and plenty of wildlife sounds in the night. Well stocked with spices and condiments too. All of the cooking and baking items needed for a great weekend away with family. Very tastefully decorated. We are hoping to stay here many times in the future. Feels like home sweet home.

I love the condo!

We really enjoyed our staying! Great place, clean and comfortable. Having the garage also was a plus since we had a bike with us.

Family Vacation in NH

We had a wonderful time as a family on our vacation staying at this property. We all loved the house. It had plenty of room for us. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dining room area and the amenities were excellent also. We will definitely be going back again.

Fantastic NH Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Lincoln NH. It was equipped with everything we could need and more! It was spotless and so welcoming. The location was fantastic near several great restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo and look forward to returning in the future!

Great spot

Great location close to Franconia notch. This is a beautiful home. We appreciated the cleanliness. The number of bathrooms was great. We loved the home! There was access to a community indoor hot tub and pool. Don’t forget to bring your own body wash and shampoo!

The O' "Ridge" Inal Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of clean towels and high-quality toiletries. It’s clear the owners put real thought into the guest experience. There were even little extras like cleaning supplies, and spare linens, which made things super convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. There were even mints on our pillows. Whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer trip, this place has everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing place with friends

This place was amazing. So clean and many nice touches. Furniture and beds were all super comfortable. Appliances, cookware, bedding and towels were all high quality. This was perfect for two families, so much space. The area is very pet friendly so there were little stations for pet waste which was nice. Will definitely come back.

Family Vacation

We had a great week staying here. The condo was very nice. We loved how spacious it was for our family. We especially liked having a deck to enjoy our morning coffee and to be able to eat meals outside. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals. We watched the Celtics win on the large screen TV We were also happy we were able to bring our dog with us!
