Villa La Valencia is located on the beautiful Golden Beach in Los Cabos. Its vast expanse is ideal for a walk along the pristine waters of the Sea of Cortez. This beach is located between two famous beach towns in Baja California: Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
All inclusive:
This booking does NOT offer all inclusive plan however you CAN purchase an all inclusive plan at check-in. You will have the option to purchase an all inclusive plan that includes drinks as well as food or just a plan that will cover food.

This listing is a part of my timeshare/private residence ownership. Please inquire about availability as this works on live inventory. If the suite shows that it is unavailable, please reach out to me. If something shows as available since this works on live inventory there is no guarantee that it will be available. I will only accept your reservation if the room is available as I have to book on my end first before accepting any reservations here.

---OCEAN VIEW---
An ocean view room is not guaranteed as you will have to inquire upon arrival to the resort (based on availability). I will do my best to reserve one at the time of booking but cannot guarantee. Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability.
Guest access
--ACCESS---
Guests will receive full access to everything on the resort. The only thing not included is all inclusive meals which can be purchased for an additional price of $119 per person, per day (3 day minimum is needed UNLESS purchasing at the resort which MAY be the same price, more or sometimes cheaper).

Resort fee and daily service fee will be charged at checkout. Wifi/internet is also additional charge which you can inquire about at the time of check-in.
Other things to note

Shuttle services are available, and I can help book them, but I found it cheaper to just get an Uber or taxi. If you do not want to be stuck talking to a timeshare salesperson for hours, I suggest that you do not talk to anyone or do not sign up for any excursions at the airport.

If you choose not to purchase all-inclusive plan at your check-in, I suggest that you pay a visit to the close by grocery store and get whatever you need. Unite has an amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals.
