Hermosa costumbre decorado con vista al mar Villa en el fantástico complejo de Villa La Estancia en Cabo San Lucas. Sentarse en el balcón y disfrutar de una vista de la playa de El Médano y las famosas piedras del punto de Cabo San Lucas. Relajarse en la piscina gigante con bar en la piscina, cinco jacuzzis, o la playa donde se puede nadar Médano.

Esta villa de lujo de 3 dormitorios tiene dos grandes master suites con camas king size, sala de estar y un gran baño con bañera de hidromasaje. La habitación tiene dos camas de matrimonio con un cuarto de baño. La gran sala tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, comedor y una sala de estar muy bien amueblada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana. El cuarto de baño completo es de la gran sala. Todas las habitaciones tienen 42 'televisores con pantalla plana. El balcón es un verdadero 'vista al mar' balcón que se extiende a través de todas las habitaciones e incluye un bar y un refrigerador. La villa se encuentra en el cuarto piso y tiene acceso inalámbrico a internet.

Better than the photos

This property is better than the photos which is rare! Not only was the condo itself clean, pretty, and well stocked, but the resort's customer service was top level. Excellent food, pool side care, spa and beach services. The concierge was helpful in all ways and the VRBO communications were excellent.

Everything was great. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was beautifully appointed, nicely stocked with everything you expect plus nice extras such as spices, paper products, coffee filters and beverages to get you started. The view from the porch is stunning. The owner is very responsive. A all around.

Fun with friends

Three couples visited and stayed in the villa together. There was plenty room for all of us. The outside space was amazing with a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The pool was amazing, although we spent most of our time in the sand at the ocean. We loved the location of the villa and were able to walk most lances. If we did take a cab it was only 3 a person to go into town. We absolutely loved Cabo and the Villa Estancia. We will be back!

We give this property and interactions with the owner FIVE STARS all the way around. Communication was so fast and easy, instructions were very clear and provided in a timely manner. Family Summer vacation

Our family stayed here in August during the off season. The facility is fantastic with the beach, pool, tennis, dinning all included. Even the balcony of the room, which overlooked the pool was a great place to relax when it was hot or in the evening. The apartment itself is exceptionally well designed for a family vacation. While it was very hot in Mexico in the summer, we really enjoyed the lack of crowds and ability to hang out at the pool or beach or even get dinner reservations whenever we wanted.

Perfect location

Comfortable and Easy Stay

We had a group of women friends get together here. This was perfect for our party of 5; the villa was large, well-appointed, quiet, very comfortable and just really easy from start to finish. Curt was very clear and communicative and his instructions and recommendations were so helpful. I’d recommend this place for groups of friends or a large family. It’s large enough that you still can have privacy and alone time inside the unit. The villa also felt more modern and light and airy than the photos suggested. We were all very impressed and happy we stayed there! The La Estancia property was super safe, the staff were friendly, and the resort had all the expected amenities. We made daily use of the swim up bar and walked the beach every morning. I can’t say enough nice things about this villa and La Estancia, I’d definitely return again.

We and another couple bought a villa at La Estancia in 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of our time there. We bring family and friends and have had many relaxing, fun, memorable trips to Cabo.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Villa La Estancia is in the perfect location. Very close to downtown Cabo San Lucas with excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet not 'too' close. Close to world class golf courses and fishing. A short drive to either San Jose del Cabo and Todos Santos with art shops, jewelry and more restaurants! Cabo San Lucas is isolated by the Sea of Cortez and at the end of the 1000 mile Baja Peninsula. The people are friendly, the golf is great, the food is excellent, and English is prevelant. We have always felt safe and welcome in Cabo. Cabo is a special place in Mexico.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our typical day involves having a coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and cruise ships coming in, and catching up on email. Then a good workout at the fitness center and then it's off to the beach or pool. Lunch at the pool, beach, or just down the beach to Tobasco's or the Office. A little jet ski or parasail, then it's Time For Cocktails at 5:00 before heading downtown for another great meal. Unless, of course, we never made it out of Tobascos. Then..........

The next day is for golf, fishing, a trip to San Jose or Todos Santos, or maybe zip lining or an ATV trip if you're feeling rambunctious.
