Luxury Home / Beach Views & Pool / EV Charger

Enjoy a new construction home (2020) w/ beautiful finishes, beach views, pool/hot tub & outdoor area 1 block from the beach & a close to downtown!! 3 King bedrooms (main/master is located on first level of the home), 1 Queen bedroom, along with a Full size bed/seating area at the top of the stairs (with easy access to restroom) and 2 twin beds in the smallest room downstairs. Beach/Water views are seen throughout the home & on the viewing decks, easily walkable to the beach just one block away.

Beautiful open floor plan with the primary suite on one end of the home on the first floor with an enormous walk in closet with a private deck and incredible views. The smallest bedroom is near the master with 2 twin beds (please note there is a weight limit of 250 lbs for the top bunk bed and 350 for the bottom bunk bed). There’s a large kitchen for entertaining with an adjoining dining area and separate living space with a fireplace with breathtaking views of the gulf from the entire front of the home. There is also an additional full bathroom that walks out to the pool.
Upstairs there are 2 king bedrooms that have incredible viewing decks on the front of the home, a queen bedroom on the side, and a double/full bed in the seating area and hallway at the top of the stairs. 2 additional guests may also use the couch for a sleeping area.

Incredible resort style pool area with 4 large lay down lounging chairs, an umbrella/table, with 4 chairs, back porch, beautiful outdoor furnishings with a fire table, outdoor tv, and outdoor kitchen (gas works, must light with a lighter). Enjoy parking in the large 2 car garage and additional parking available for up to 4/6 vehicles in the driveway


***We do not leave the pool heater on unless there is a guest requesting a heated pool. If you book last minute it could take over 12 hours to heat the pool depending on the outside temperature. While the guest is staying the heater will be on a timer.***

Do not adjust the pool or hot tub temperature.
No glass in or around the pool.
No diving in the pool or hot tub.
No running around the side of the pool.
No eating or drinking in the pool.
No swimming alone.
All children under 16 must be supervised when in or around the pool.

There are 3 exterior cameras that record 24/7 for safety purposes. They cover the front yard, driveway, back yard and pool.

Short block to beach with beach view from every room. Amenities were abundant. Pool area comfortable and child friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Games and tvs for downtime. Hosts were accessible and very responsive. Looking forward to our next visit there.

A very nice stay, but not perfect

We stayed for a week with family and friends. There were 10 of us and it was a great size for us. We had plenty of space to be together or spread out. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing. Everything was very well stocked inside and out! The house is beautiful and all appliances are top of the line but it is very beat up. Floorboards are broken or dented, cabinets are broken, etc. The main areas were clean but if you look closely in any corners or under furniture it’s very dirty. There was a ton of dust balls on the bathroom walls from the vents. It was very frustrating that none of the bathrooms had towel racks so we were constantly trying to find places for 10 ppl to dry bath and pool towels. But, overall, the house was nice and comfortable. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be in Gulfport specifically. If you’re visiting to go to the beach, I’d go somewhere else. You have to cross multiple lanes of traffic to get to the beach from the house. The water is very shallow and dirty. We ended up spending most of our time at the pool.

Nice house, fast response from owner’s team when needed. Giving it a 4 instead of a 5 due to unacknowledged change in view at this property. As of July 2025, this propery is advertised with pictures of an unobstructed view of the ocean / beach from the balconies and in reality, there have been 3 separate houses built in between this house and the ocean, which drastically changes the view. Future guests should be aware of the actual view of other houses now in-between this house and the beach.

Convenient location

This beach house is well appointed, lovely kitchen, spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room. The balconies off of the upstairs bedrooms give you a great view of the water. I liked that the garage enclosed our vehicle from salty air, etc. The neighborhood looks very safe and we saw quite a few walkers in the morning and evening. The backyard pool is a bonus and we did swim at night, very relaxing. The location was very convenient to travel to Bay St. Louis to the west and Ocean Springs to the east. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, we left a list in the hall console drawer. I would definitely book this house again.

Girls trip

The house was amazing! It did not disappoint. We loved the decor and the location. We arrived a day late due to Francine but overall our stay was great. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi didn’t get heated but we made due. Would recommend this house for a Gulfport vacay.

Beautiful House

This was beautiful house with a great cook’s kitchen. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub was a nice place to be. The house was clean and beautifully appointed and communication with timely and detailed. We will definite stay here in the future.

We love traveling and great food/bars! We absolutely love our gulf coast and all of the wonderful options in all of the different cities close to each other and the beautiful waterfront sunsets! We love providing an amazing experience for guests

Absolutely stunning views along Finley street and such an easy walk down to the beach. There are picturesque Oaks all along the area and water views that provide a tranquil experience for the guests. It is a very quiet area with many retirees walking their dogs and going for walks/jogs when the weather allows. Downtown and many nice restaurants, a casino, and attractions are just a few minutes drive away.
