Great location for mountain biking. Easy access to lifts, and the village. Locked cage storage for bikes. Wouldnt think twice about staying here again.

Great summer stay

This condo was perfect for our summer stay. There's a paved path that takes you above the base of the gondola. Perfect if you're biking. It was a nice and quiet area.

Great Condo

Awesome condo with nice amenities and a short walk or sled down to Upper Village and a nice stroll to Whistler Village. The ski in ski out is a little walk through the woods-it was more of a walk to the slope and ski situation but still convenient. Lockers for gear are great and the boot warmer was a nice touch.

Reviewer Comments: Very nice and comfortable place to stay, ski in & out was a wonderful convenience, cons were that there was dog fur on the carpets and check out was too early and the fact that all garbage was to be disposed off by us at the end of our stay despite the high cost, was inconvenient

Family vacation

Have stayed in this until before. Lots of towels, toiletries, garbage bags, dish soap and extra blankets, which was nice. Pool is great and very warm. They have done an update to the room and it’s a lot nicer. Would have like to have some basics like salt and pepper ( more than 3 small packets ) and more then 1 pack of coffee. Overall we enjoyed it and will go back.

A slice of skiers heaven..

What I liked best as a Mom - the kitchen has everything you need to make your meals - from good pots and pans to plenty of glasses. The beds were comfortable and Acer was kind enough to supply a cot as well for our teenage son. We had a fantastic trip! The property is in a perfect location. We hope to go back! We would stay here again!

Greystone on Blackcomb

The entire property was very family friendly - our kids were on the loud side and rambunctious and we always felt welcomed and comfortable. The unit was clean and well-appointed with cookware. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were great- the hot tub could use some love and improvement - the concrete border could be tiled and less sharp. The managers were excellent - very helpful and welcoming. Definitely would stay again!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and stayed for 5 nights. This condo is in a great location to hop on the Blackcomb lifts and has a nice hot tub in the back. It is small for five people but does work. I do think the pictures make it appear larger than it is. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Whistler Village and is a nice walk. Management was very helpful.

Thank you for your review. The unit is 700sqft so for 5 adults it would be adequate but not roomy. We suggest looking at a two bedroom for over 4 individuals. We are happy you enjoyed the ski in ski out convenience and the hot tubs! All the best -Clint Goyette @ Acer Vacations

Location location.... just right for skiing

Great Place to Stay with Family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! Property is in a great location for families, close to all kinds of activities for all ages. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool & hot tub. The only drawback is if you have mobility issues, the walk from Blackcomb & Whistler Village is part way up the ski hill. We enjoy walking & hiking so this was not a problem for us!

229 greystone aug 6-7-8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1 bedroom condo was in very good shape. All details were accurate and I was well informed before arriving. Acre even followed up when one email was not returned to them because it was sent to my spam folder. Two very small items. One, only two burners on the stove worked. Likely caused by removing the burners for cleaning. I did not call maintenance and worked around the issu. Second, while plugging in fan next to couch, I notice a bunch of dust and dirt on top of the baseboard heater behind the couch. Simple swipe and it will be great. Other than those two issues, stay was excellent.,

Home from away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights in this room during a family vacation. Our only complaints were that (1) all of the bed(s) were in the same room, so there was very little privacy - but this was only a real concern to our 13 year old. And (2) that it's a bit of a walk to the main village area - about 10-15 minutes. We were told there was a bus to the village but we never actually saw it. It's not a big deal if you don't mind the walk but if you have some mobility issues, it's something to consider unless you have a car (we didn't). Otherwise, the unit was clean and comfortable and came complete with anything you would need to cook meals while there. The staff were very responsive to email prior to arrival and also allowed us to check in early with no issue. We would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

It was on the ground floor of the building which wouldn't be my preference but it was convenient to the main village. The property management staff was readily available by email though not present on site during our stay from saturday to Tuesday.
