New kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Also, Newer windows. Relax on the 12X20 concrete back patio that overlooks the duck filled pond. Great location just 6 miles to Anna Marie Island, Bradenton/Coquina Beach. Approx. 4 miles to Riverwalk, they have a farmers market on Saturdays. 1.2 miles from the IMG Academy. Instead of a condo/apartment where you have deal with clumsy stairs or elevators as well as noisy neighbors above and below you. Enjoy having your own private home located in a quiet community. Great restaurants as well as shopping just around the corner on Cortez. 16 state of the art covered pickleball courts 1 mi away. There's even a bowling alley with-in walking distance.

We love our furry friends, however we do not except pets because of our future guests who may have allergy concerns.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee($59), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
