Luxury condo and pet friendly up to 65 lbs.

From resort-style amenities to beautiful beaches, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway vacation or a long-term stay experience.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 5. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, two twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee.

There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbor is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.

Comfortable condo in a great neighborhood

The condo is in a lovely neighborhood, with easy access to Anna Maria Island. The condo itself was nicely furnished and very comfortable!

We had a great experience, weather was perfect

Beautiful property, clean. Just us girls traveling with teenager girls very safe. No one could get in without access . Internet a little misleading, you don’t have access to the other pool and the gym unless you’re staying 28 plus days.

I had an excellent stay at this property! I was surprised at how clean the condo was. The kitchen was stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans - all the basics to prepare meals during your stay. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig available for coffee drinkers. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The property is lovely and extremely quiet. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

My fiancé and I took a short trip to get eloped in Sarasota! We brought our fur baby along with us and had the best time! We would recommend this beautiful rental and hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful condo close to AMI

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and the location was perfect for us. It was a short drive to Holmes Beach and all the restaurants and activity on AMI, but it was nice to return back to the quiet condo complex, away from all the people (we were there during spring beak so it may have been extra busy!) The condo itself was very nice, clean and well maintained. We spent some time at the pool which was also very nice. The property management company was friendly and made the rental process seamless. We would definitely go back!

Amy at Island Vacation Properties was fantastic to work with and we are very thankful that she was able to help us.This condo is in great condition, very new and very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Added bonus is that there are 2 places to eat located a short walk away.

The stay was nice, thought the cleaning could have been better. As per the sign, we did not wear our shoes in the unit and we found a fishing hook on the rug. Luckily we found before stepping on it. The directions to the unit could have been clearer and when we called to get clarification the called dropped twice and no return response to see if we were able to find unit. Per booking thought that we would be on sound side with a water view. Overall we did enjoy.

Reviewer Comments: The Condo was immaculately clean, fully stocked and location was amazing. It had everything we needed for us and our adult kids. Beach chairs and bikes were a plus! Rental company is super helpful for questions and made everything so easy! Only drawback was no access to the other half of the property which contains lots of amenities and walking trails. Next year we will try to stay a month so we can use it all!

It was great to have nice beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a couple floats to use that were easily accessible on the ground floor. We also enjoyed having access to 2 bikes. The location was perfect for us - just minutes from AMI but not right in the middle of things so it was quiet. I would absolutely return!

Amazing

This unit had everything you could use and more. If you are traveling with children (we were not) there is a highchair, pack and play, toys, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes and more. The unit was so clean when we arrived it was hard to believe someone had occupied it before us. Dishes, glasses, cookware of all shapes and sizes were available. You have a blender, crock pot, and truthfully anything you’d have in your own home. The beds were so comfortable. One guest slept in the pull out sofa and said she’d never slept in a pull out so comfy. There were a few issues with cable/television but were quickly addressed by the listing agent. It truly was an amazing trip. Anna Maria Island is a bridge away. We had a car but one day took an Uber to the island at it was $9. If you stay more than 30 days (we did) you have access to all of the grounds/pools on the property which will make you never want to vacation anywhere else.

I did have to call because I couldn’t find the trash dumpster. Those instructions could have been better.
