Convenient to everything

Reviewer Comments: We were placed here after our original place to stay was ruined by the storms. Plenty of room and very stylish. Right on the beach. Walk to almost every thing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ongoing renovation of the building was extremely disruptive. The drilling noise was sometimes unbearable. This unit shouldn’t have been rented given that the construction work was going on just above it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great location. Beach, pool and IRB area were great. Condo is a bit tired with lots of “original equipment”. Parking was tough since owner used the condo spot for 507 and there was a lot of construction help in other spots. But we’ll be back next year.

Two relaxing weeks in the sun

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo at Reflecions was nice and has a great view of the beach and was only a short drive to many restuarants. We were disapponted that the storm "blinds" were down in the master bedroom and it was very dark. Also, when we walked in the door the condo smelt like it was just cleaned, but we quickly discovered several clumps of hair on the floor and dust/lint in the cabinets. Several dishes and pieces of siverware that were put away needed to be washed before we could use them. We are pretty easy to satisfy and get along with so we cleaned the floor, dusted, and filled the dishwasher and all was good after that.

Beautiful sunsets

Reviewer Comments: Very nice location. Great views of beach and sunsets. Pool and hot tub complex very nice. Our unit 507 required some maintenance issues to be dealt with upon arrival. Should have been fixed before we arrived. The unit was not super clean. Bathtooms were lightly cleaned. Hairs visible. Kitchen small appliances not clean. Silverware and utensils a mixed bag. Dinner plates very worn. No griddle. Old fring pans should be thrown out. Bakeware in cabinets had grease on them. Need to address cleaning service. Master bedroom bed was worn. Should be replaced. A Dead Sea creature was in the guest room closet and left an awful smell. We had to clean out the closet and clean with bleach. Hard to believe it was not discovered. Otherwise we had a lovely two weeks at the beach.

Dismal vacation rental :(

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed. Many problems with the condo. Over $2000 per week and there was initially no cable box so no tv access in the guest bedroom, the advertised DVD player in the living room didn't work, The master bedroom bathroom door was off the hinges and wouldn't close,MBedroom closet wouldn't close properly, MBR shower only hot and scalding water, advertised grill on deck is unusable, handles on patio doors are loose, both bathroom toilet paper holders are loose, kitchen trash bin off tracks, blinds in both bedrooms not functional, no iron as advertised, MBR mattress worn out, etc, etc!! Over the last thirty years we have used and recommended your company numerous times - we will not ever again!

What A View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this beautifully updated condo in April 2016. IRB is a mostly residential community with condos. This condo has all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, counters. We truly enjoyed the screened lanai which directly faces the beautiful gulf view. The beach is clean and family-oriented. The condo building itself is well maintained. Would have appreciated if basic supplies were provided - no fresh sponge, dish soap, tissue, and even trash bags were provided.

Biggest problem was the bedroom near the hall way was very noisy with the elevator nearby and because all the wall of open windows you could hear every car, truck and motorcycle that past by on the roadway behind the condo.

We had a great time at this property. The only thing that needed changed was the master bed, which was not very comfortable and seemed a little old and rickety. Reviewer Comments: In the beginning had the wrong keys, then got new once cut,, it worked half the time..getting in and out of the building from any door made it a hassle and even the pool area you had to work with the key for a period of time in order to get i and out, pool area was always packed so retreated to the beach when we could and always children , and lots of noise this time around,, was first time it wasn't a quiet vacation but over all the place was very nice,
