This conveniently located Indian Rocks Beach condo provides guests with plenty of opportunities for rest and relaxation, as well as the convenience of close proximity to dining and attractions. This rental also boasts stunning Gulf views, and at-home amenities include cable and a private washer/dryer.

What's nearby:
Several dining options, including Lulu's with its beautiful sunsets, are within walking distance. Indian Rocks Historical Museum and Splash Harbour Water Park are also within walking distance. Three miles east, you'll find Florida Botanical Gardens, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is eight miles north. Popular activities in the area include boating and fishing.

New home under construction on next lot over
Construction and Structural reconditioning is slated to begin on Aug. 4, 2025 and last several months at Casa de Playa Condo Property in Indian Rocks Beach. All balconies will encounter some type of renovation or reconditioning. Further, the pool at the complex may be closed at times.

Beautiful area

We had never stayed on the west coast of Florida. Luckily we stayed here and had a wonderful time. The beach is gorgeous and the pool was warm. Highly recommend this condo for your stay.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was outstanding. Angela and the staff at Vacasa did a great job making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Conveniently located to plenty of restaurants and beach was not crowded at all. Pool was heated as well. Our only slightly negative is the sheets/bed in the master was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, this condo was amazing and would highly recommend.

Condo in good condition and clean. Kitchen had all the supplies. Some beach chairs and toys too. Beach not crowded and pool was heated.

Great location

The whole process of renting the property went well. A couple thoughts for improving the unit: 1) the locker was not clearly marked as I we could not find it (faded numbers?) 2) the furniture in the second bedroom is low quality and the mattress on the full bed perhaps needs to be updated.

Absolutely perfect!!

The pictures online were actual pictures of our condo, it was absolutely beautiful! The condo itself was perfect, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was a beach cart in the closet and chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit in the parking garage. The beach is awesome, beautiful clean white sand and nice, quiet area. Walking distance to Crabby Bill's and 100 Flavors of Ice Cream, which were both amazing and a short drive to John's Pass in Madeira Beach to the south or Clearwater Beach to the north. I could go on all day about what a great time we had...we had a wonderful week at Casa de Playa and I would love to return one day! Thank you so much!!

Parking is difficult with a large car. Entry door difficult to use. Limited instructions. Sliders and windows do not lock and are difficult to open. No area to rinse feet when returning from the back. A/C next completely rusted. Coffee maker very dirty. Needs updating.

Our very first day we had contact with our property manager. Asked her to get back with me before we leave in 3 weeks with her business card and potential properties for next year. Never heard back from her or her company Vacasa. We did our own research and booked for 5 weeks next year through Long Key Rentals.

Great time, needs minor improvements

Loved the unit and location. The beds NEED to be upgraded and better sheets would help too. This would be the only reason we don't re-book more time for next year. Other reviews mentioned the sliding doors were difficult to open. I improved that significantly. Both tracks were filled with dirt/sand debris making the doors very difficult to slide open/shut. I cleaned out the tracks which helped significantly but they probably need to be lubricated. Other than these things, we had a great time! Did I mention the beds need to be replaced or a memory foam pad added? LOL

Waited 4 days for AC to be fixed

We contacted Vacasa and informed them of the AC being out the am after we checked in. The second night maintenance brought us two fans and 1 heater. AC was turned off to unfreeze and another maintenance man showed up and turned it back on. Resulted in another day to unfreeze all over. The AC was completely out of Freon which we mentioned and it was their “last” option to review and check. The door knob “stuck”, the blinds were broke. We loved the location and the items we had to use for the beach. Other family members had condos in the same building. This unit by far smelled the most “musty”. (Other family members were facing Ocean and 1 was on same floor as this unit). Not having the AC running for the majority of nights was almost unbearable for our kids.

Issues with condo not addressed to my satisfaction

It needs some work. Patio doors are almost impossible to get open. Worked on them 2 days ourselves. Ice maker did not work. Needed ice cube trays for ice. No listings for TV had trouble getting on in bedrooms. Entry door lock is not secure, needs dead bolt. Water pressure is very weak. Called Vascara three timess to report and only got emails in answer. No way to answer or talk to a PERSON. Bedding all needs to be WASHED. Some was nasty. Bugs and ants. Needs exterminator. Main concerns were the condition of the patio doors and outside door. These are security issues. AND not having someone local to talk to about things needed done.
