So only our first guest gets to experience the brand new furniture that has never been slept on, the brand new linens that have never been slept in, and the brand new silverware, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, etc., that have never been used. Will that guest be you?

With that said, this is a fun house, but it's NOT a party house. We have neighbors that we like, and who like us, and we like to keep it that way. Please read the house rules and follow accordingly.

The house is located on a somewhat busy street. So if you turn off all your devices and listen carefully, there is the hush sounds of cars going by, but it's also good for quick getaways and Grubhub drivers not getting lost.

Our number one goal is for you to have a number one stay and, more than anything, for you to make yourself at home!
