Summer is nearly full, fall dates are filling up!

Stay at our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first-floor unit, the most accessible in A Place At The Beach VI! A quiet first-row location on the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach, you will enjoy ocean views from the balcony. Close to the Apache Pier, Ocean Annie's, Flip Flops, and all Shore Drive has to offer, this quiet unit offers beachside peace and relaxation. Overlook the pool and enjoy beach views from the balcony. A fully stocked kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 7 make this the perfect location for families or snowbirds!

Each booking will have one parking spot attached to the complex, and the condo is the closest to the parking lot. There are just a few steps up to the first floor, and we are the first door. Walking in, you will have access to a full kitchen, a comfortable living room that connects to the patio to watch the sunrise over the ocean, and two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has three twins and a large closet. Each bedroom and the living room have TV's connected to a RoKu.

The beautiful beach is a two-minute walk away, and the Apache Pier is just a short walk down the beautiful white sandy beach. Barefoot Landing and Boardwalk on the Beach are both just 10 minutes away, and your easy access to US-17 means you can easily get to anywhere Myrtle Beach offers!

This ultra-close-to-the-beach condo comes with linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella to enjoy while visiting. Unlike many local high rises, the complex has a laundry room with coin washers and dryers just down the hall, where you must haul laundry up and down the elevator and pay extra for linen service.

The close-to-the-beach condo has all the following:

1 Queen sleeper sofa

First-floor unit close to coin laundry room
Linens and towels included
Kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment
Balcony with ocean views
42" Roku TV in the living room

Close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and golf

Upon booking, there will be a fully refundable $300 security deposit and a rental agreement. HOA rules state 1 parking space, no trailers, no motorcycles, no pets, and no smoking.

The host will donate 2% of all proceeds to the Grand Strand Miracle League, which offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to participate in sports and recreational activities in a community-supported, safe, adapted, and encouraging environment.

We had a lovely and relaxing time and we booked an extra night stay.

The condo was supplied with everything we needed from towels, to kitchenware. There is a very relaxing and clean pool area.We were just 30 seconds from the beach. The staff, especially Todd, were very accommodating and helpful. He definitely made our vacation quite comfortable. I will definitely book with them again. Judy T

Great location

Great location with direct beach access. This unit is on the end closest to the parking lot and on the first floor which makes loading and unloading so simple. There is a bar and grill directly across the street as well as a convenience store, gift shop and ice cream shop. Condo is stocked everything you need for a stay at the beach.

Location and Super Host

Todd was a great and rapidly-responding host. He helped with extra parking and answered all my questions (both before and during the stay) as quickly as I hit send. The location of the condo was perfect for us - within walking distance to 2 of our favorite eating places. Being on the first floor, we heard a lot of noise from leaf blowers and other maintenance equipment. Overall, it was a really good stay.

Great place to stay

This place is a good place to stay. Right in the middle of North and South Myrtle Beach. Across the street is Flip Flops Bar and Grill which was a good place to relax after 10pm as it was over 21 only. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a week and the condo was perfect for us. Had a very relaxing, enjoyable week.

The condo we booked fit our needs perfectly, such a cute and clean building. Everything we needed was there for the kitchen, bath, and even chairs to use on the beach. Very enjoyable time. The pool was never crowded, and the pool area was very nice. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Will definitely visit this property again.

Great Experience

Great location! We loved the area. Very easy to get to places from the condo. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The owner was wonderful to work with and accommodating throughout our stay. Very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely will stay there again!

Who wouldn't want to be at the beach? This unit is the closest to the parking lot, providing easy access to your belongings. It's just a two-minute walk to the beach on one side and entertainment on the other. The Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's Beachside Bar are just a few minutes walk away on the beach. Arcadian Shores Golf Course is a 5-minute drive, Barefoot Landing is 10 minutes away, and Broadway at the Beach is 15 minutes away. Once you're here, you never have to leave to have a wonderful time, but all the fun you can handle is within 15 minutes! walk to the beach on one side, and entertainment on the other. The Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's Beachside Bar are just a few minutes walk away on the beach, Arcadian Shores Golf Course is a 5-minute drive, Barefoot Landing is 10 minutes away, and Broadway on the Beach is 15 minutes. Once here, you never have to leave to have a wonderful time. But all the fun you can handle is within 15 minutes!

This is the most accessible unit on the property, and the balcony offers views of the pool and beach. Being front row on Shore Drive, the unit is far enough from the main roads to be peaceful but close enough to get anywhere in Myrtle Beach within 20 minutes. Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Ocean Annie's, and Apache Pier are all within a 5 minute walk of the condo.
