Great Wedding Weekend!

This was the best choice I have made out of all my VRBO rentals throughout the years. It was perfect for family gatherings before and after our wedding. The kids loved the pool and the close access to the beach. Tiki hut was way cool. The beds were wonderful. Highly recommend/way cool.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It truly had everything: bikes, beach toys, chairs and so much more. This house had beautiful decor and the backyard made you feel like you were in paradise. Would highly recommend this home.

Family Easter break

Property was very clean Hosts supplied all the amenities you could possibly need. Enjoyed the kayaks & proximity to beaches. Pool was nice & Tiki bar was great for happy hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We loved our stay! The property was clean and perfect for a beach vacation with plenty to do in the area (and the rental included everything like beach towels, chairs and even toys). Tampa is also a car ride away for additional site seeing. For context: Our group included 6 adults and 1 baby

Spring Training

Sneaky Tiki is a great house! We loved the pool and the Tiki Bar. The sleeping arrangements were great for our group of 7 men as everyone had their own bed. Definitely would recommend!

Lovely Place

The property is exactly as described. The kitchen is well appointed. The pool was awesome. We took beach chairs and cooler to Indian Rocks beach and enjoyed the beautiful white sand. Would highly recommend.

What a gem!

What a great hidden gem in the Clearwater area! The house is warm and inviting. The amount of amenities provided gives the whole family a great range of options for activities on or off the property! We definitely plan on looking for this rental the next time we visit the area!

Beautiful home, amazing yard and great location!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay! The photos of the backyard don’t do it justice-it’s like a resort! The house was spacious, clean and had everything our family needed for our stay. We loved that there were beach chairs (enough for all 8 of us!), bikes and kayaks for us to use. We would absolutely stay here again! The property owners were easy to get in touch with and helpful. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Great Times At The Sneaky Tiki

Hands down one of the best accommodation experiences I've ever had. The House was beautiful - perfect layout, easy to use, great for groups and entertainment. Lauren was super responsive and went beyond in making sure we were comfortable. Definitely will look to book the Sneaky Tiki for a future outing with friends or family! Thank you for a great stay!

Super Splash-tactic!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of pillows, towels, beach items; right down to shampoo and soap for the showers. Our family loved the pool and spent alot of time in it. There was a day we actually just stayed home to enjoy the property, cooking family meals and swimming! Owner’s communication was great and pleasant! We would definitely stay here again and possibly will for spring training!

Birthday getaway

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The house was great for a weekend stay, perfect location, central to everything and close to the beach. The only thing I would suggest is getting a grill.

The perfect getaway

We LOVED our stay here. The home is perfect and has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds and linens are all very comfortable and the home is precious! The location is great. Close to everything and safe. We will definitely try to book it again next year. Natural cleaning products and no frangrances and the sweetest delicious surprise in the fridge for us. These hosts are fabulous and so is the home. A definite must stay!

Family Vacay 2023

The house was beautiful. Loved the pool and all the beach and pool accessories, along with the bikes. It was a few minutes to the beach but not bad. The photos of the home lead you to believe that you can walk down a path at the home and be on the beach but you can't. Overall, it was an awesome vacation. Thanks to the Mones!!

Family and friend reunion

Lauren is an absolute super host. My group arrived to Clearwater at 9 am and quickly realized there was inclement weather and our beach day was going to be rained out. I reached out to Lauren asking for an early check in and she allowed it no problem! The house itself is an absolute paradise. Very clean and there are many resources such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, coolers, kayaks, etc. In all of my vacations I have never been to a house like this. 15/10 highly recommend!!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome !!!!!!

This was a girls reunion for 10 ladies over 50. We had a fantastic weekend at Sneaky Tiki! We loved the Outdoor shower, Pool and Tiki, all the games and Sound Speaker provided, and having THREE baths!! The home was very well appointed with great decor and ample kitchen supplies, towels and blankets, and bath tissue. And most of all we had very prompt responses from the owner over a couple of minor issues. The only negatives were the older patio chairs and the bunk and loft being not very "adult friendly" but we still had a delightful and very unforgettable fun weekend at Sneaky Tiki....We will return in the future!!!! Loved it!!

Great House in Largo

Our group had 4 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. While there are 5 bedrooms, 1 of the rooms is a loft within another room and the wall doesn't keep out all the sound. This didn't hinder us at all, but if you have light sleepers it could be problematic. Everything else was perfect! We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and tiki bar! The house is fully stocked with everything you'll need, including some delicious probiotic drinks. The house is located in a residential neighborhood, but everything is easily accessible. It's about a 10 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach, 15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach, or 20 minute drive to Johns Pass. If you like trying and seeing different spots, this is a great house for you!

The right amount of Tiki

I’m the owner of a company and take my employees every year to our national conferences for training. This year it took us to Tampa, and to the amazing Sneaky Tiki. We had a few issues with the pool heating and hot water at first, but what home never has a maintenance issue occasionally? The key and why we still gave a 5 star rating, was the great communication and prompt response and fixing of said issues. The owner came over and addressed everything in person, and was as friendly as could be. Florida was experiencing unusual cold temps at the time, and the heated pool was amazing! We had great team meetings under the Tiki and as the kids say these days the vibe was right. We took advantage of the bikes and Kayaks as well, great add ons that they provide. I was worried a bit about the sound requirements maybe being too sensitive, but we had no issue with staff respectfully talking quietly even at 2am. We had such a great experience we are hoping to bring our kids down soon, and rebook for next conference. They are top notch host.

Beautiful landscaped yard but a weak HVAC system

The home is beautiful, spacious and extremely warm in the summer. The back yard in an entertainers dream. With all the natural light coming in the many windows the HVAC system is not strong enough to keep the home cool all day during the summer months. Upon arrival at 4pm it was 80* inside. All 3 afternoons the inside temp was 80* or higher. Some of my party refused to sleep upstairs after the first night because it was so hot and no blackout curtains. There was no point in complaining because they could not have installed a larger unit in time. Renters that are afraid of insects this may not be your place. The inside of the pool enclosure is filled with spider webs and most of the spiders are over an inch long. Also, there are several loose stones in the backyard walking path that could be dangerous if you are not cautious. Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time I will research when a property last updated their HVAC system before I rent in July again.

Hi Jill, I checked in with you several times to see how your stay was going. You didn't respond once. Our previous guests have had no issues with cooling down the house. As for the spider webs...those come and go and they are way up on the outside pool screen.
