This second floor condo is completely renovated giving guests a dreamy luxury feel. The kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked for cooking. The patio features a full view of the pool and shoreline. Relax in the master bedroom while listening to the waves each morning. Share in a glass of wine as the sun sets and watch the seagulls dance in the evening air.

Welcome to Grand Caribbean. The unit has keyless and contactless entry for guests. The grounds are manicured and also have a dedicated grill area for guests. The spacious pool features a large pool deck perfect for families with lounge furniture. Adjacent to the pool area, guests can venture to the beach on the property's dedicated and private boardwalk.

Port Aransas stay

We were very pleased with our stay. It met all of our expectations, from the location on the water, the cleanliness of the facility, the layout of the condo and the comfort of the beds. Would recommend this place to our friends and would stay here again.

Very nice condo. Would have received 5 stars except both bedroom fans were not working properly. Master fan made a lot of noise and the fan blades (palms) were split and the front bedroom fan adjustment chain was missing so you could not adjust the speed. Also the coffee maker is a combo drip/kuerig style. Close to beach and pool was clean.

Great Stay

We had a great time relaxing on vaction. The boardwalk was closed but we were able to use the neighbors to access the beach. Love the condo unit. Very clean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Can see the ocean from the balcony. Overall a great stay.

Relaxation Deluxe

Wonderful, clean newly renovated property with an ocean view. Everything you need in the kitchen and a large tv. Nice deck furniture and a washer dryer. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location.

Great stay!

Condo is beautiful and has everything you need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped well for cooking meals, furniture is comfortable, and plenty of towels. We loved the view and patio furniture. Pool is wonderful and clean. Easy beach access. There was some construction going on in the building, but we weren't bothered since it wasn't constant and they didn't start too early or go too late.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. The view is spectacular, and even though the boardwalk from the condo was not open due to repairs from the hurricane, we still had access to this beautiful beach! The owner was fantastic with questions and very helpful with our parking permit. Oh and I do have to say I LOVED the double shower head in the master bedroom!! Would rent this condo in the future.

Great condo with ocean view

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo was newly updated and very clean. Great second floor view in center of complex with pool and ocean view as well as easy access to boardwalk. Met all our expectations and was just far enough outside of Port A proper to escape spring break crowds but close enough to quickly drive to all our favorite restaurants and stores.

Beachfront paradise

Well balanced property. This beautifully remodeled condo was set close enough to enjoy town but far away from the noise, the beach and pool are the best of both worlds. The building is older, so it’s a relaxed feel, but the inside was remodeled by a keen lavish eye for the pickiest of guest. Overall we had a great stay, and the cleaning list was minimal so checkout was simple and quick.

High Winds & Water

Our stay was good but weather prevented guided fishing trip, surf fishing, & lack of beach. It was interesting though seeing the bigger waves, wind surfers, & higher than usual tides. Eating was great at Virginia’s on the Bay, Finn’s, Tortugas, & Kody’s. We’ll be back!!!

Close to beach

The property was as described. The recliners in living room were a struggle but nothing one can't get over. View, balcony view fabulous. Short distance to sand and waves. It was very busy with vehicles so little ones should be watched continually but super great for adults or families with older kids.

Beautiful Condo!

Our overall experience was amazing. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Upon arriving we were both suprised and pleased at the condo's appearace. It's beautiful, nicely updated and looks way better in person. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool was nice and the beach access was awesome, just a short walk on the boardwalk. The condo is stocked with everyone we needed including kitchen items. We would most definitely rent here again.

Great family getaway!

We stayed for four nights with our 3 and 6 year old boys. The condo was the perfect amount of space to spread out and relax after a day at the beach. The pool is great for little kids as it has a large shallow area our 3 year old could touch in. The condo building itself is older but 2005 has been beautifully and tastefully remodeled. We had plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable beds, and a spacious balcony. The only thing I can think of that we needed (which I brought and isn't a deal breaker by any means) was salt and pepper. Or if you need any other seasonings. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hats off to cleaning crew Minimal necessities in condo. Had to go out and buy Salt pepper more toilet paper 2nd bedroom not a queen couple couldn’t sleep in Bed. No bathroom rug. Faucet in bathroom not secured. Newly renovated condo with a dirty Appearing couch
