Parking for 2 vehicles (A Guest Pass must be displayed on the dashboard. A warning notice will be placed under the windshield wiper of unpermitted vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours prior to towing. The following are not permitted in the condominium parking lot without the Board's consent: recreational vehicles not legal for street use, large commercial trucks, and industrial vehicles. Washing, repairs, restoration, or maintenance of vehicles is prohibited, except for emergency repairs, and then only to the extent necessary to enable movement of the vehicle to a repair facility. All parking spaces at the condominium shall be used for parking purposes; leaving a vehicle in the same space for more than 72 hours shall be considered and will be towed.
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID verified upon check-in.
Life in Paradise rental agreement required upon booking.
