Our spacious Room is centrally located near the beach, airport and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Located just a stone's throw away from the world-famous Ft. Lauderdale beach, Las Olas, and a plethora of eateries, shops, and attractions, you will never have to worry about being too far from the action.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, as the spacious villa comes complete with two updated bathrooms, two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, and amenities such as 55" smart TVs, free WiFi, electric car charger station, a huge outdoor BBQ/kitchen, fire pit, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a self-service laundry room, complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and free parking. Our official check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

The room is a King size bed standard with the possibility to have setup ad 2 twin XL bed.

Close to airport and cruise port

This place worked great for a one night stay prior to our cruise. A couple of quirks to mention: there was an adjoining door that apparently lead to shared living space depending on what you rented. Not a biggie except the people on the other side were clearly heard and they weren’t exceptionally loud at all. Another thing is the light that has been mentioned before. It would be great if it were on a timer so that after 11pm it shut off. Overall though for the price and location it was exactly what we needed!

Didn’t sleep for 2 nights

My husband and I only stayed for 2 nights so… PROS: Clean space, soft and comfy beds…CONS: the outside light is just by the window and is ON all night, no blackout shades, it’s really awful when you can’t sleep thru the night because is too bright; you can literally hear every word talked from next unit because is only separated by a door; and lastly as a suggestion a chair will be nice to have in the room.

Perfect for stay before cruise

We got in late and needed a place to stay before cruising the next morning. This was perfect for that! Good neighborhood and not far from port Everglades. The only thing I suggest is to have a blow dryer in the bathroom. I rarely travel with one anymore because most places have them.

GREEDY OWNER

Major plumbing issue. Walk in shower drain blocked, then overflowed with water everywhere. Toilet backed up and couldn’t use all night. Had to use the maintenance man’s shower and toilet afterwards. Owner then tried to blame me for the clog when I had just arrived on a late flight and just got in. They then offered me an option to leave at no charge. At 1030pm! Offered and granted a $45 refund and should have been FULL. GREEDY OWNER in my opinion. I would suggest to anyone to not patronize these people because it’s all about the MONEY!

Nice, new, clean place

Cute place, all new , recently updated. A bit chilly due to lack of AC control. It’s a private unit where you can hear those in the main house. Nice yard, quiet location. Owner very quick to respond to questions

Great place at a great price

Enjoyed our brief stay. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night and we are glad we found this place. Beautifully remolded bathroom, comfy bed, great property. The only issue was thin walls but this didn't bother us.

Very clean and convenient place

This property was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Highly recommend. We appriciated two bottles of water in the fridge. There was a coffee majer and a microwave which we did not have a chance to use The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good too. The only thing that would need improvement is the blinds which did not block the morning sun. Othetwise, everything was perfect!
