Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath house located in the Morningside neighborhood of Sioux City, IA. Our property is perfect for couples, families, friends or co-workers traveling together.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

The bedrooms feature a full-sized bed in one room and a queen-sized bed in the other. Each bedroom is independently temperature controlled. Need extra sleeping space? The living room sofa pulls out into a bed.

The bathroom features a brand-new shower and provided amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries. For added convenience, there's a full-size washer and dryer in the basement.

We loved our stay at the Gaga House! The place was exactly as described and fit perfectly in our budget. It was super clean, had everything our family needed, and we really appreciated the stocked kitchen and bathroom. The TV and internet worked great, and the back patio was a nice spot to relax. Communication with the owners was easy, and they gave us plenty of privacy. We’d definitely stay here again... it’s the perfect spot for our family!

Summer vacation visit

A very convient and beautiful place we have been staying at. It was nice and clean, and a very beautiful home. With the amount of times we dray here it has become our home away from home.

Fall Break

The house was comfortable, we used the kitchen as if it was our own. For me the best touch a popular book left for us to read. I enjoyed the book on the pouch.

Disappointing

We arrived and the yard and bushes were a mess. The code on the door did not work so we were not able to enter the house. The neighborhood is older and many cars parked on the street. Over $900 was not returned as we booked early and arrived after the refund time. Not good.

Great home. Open concept, with large kitchen So much better than staying at a hotel. Very clean & organized with what you need. We love to make breakfast/brunch before we go for the day. Everyone wakes up when they want, eat when they want. Awesome!!

Christmas visit

We enjoyed our stayed. Its a cute spacious house. Neighbors were friendly. Its conveniently located to be able to go anywhere easily. Owner gave a bio of their family with the reservation which gave it a home feeling.

Homecoming Weekend

Had a great stay! Quiet neighborhood in M'side which is exactly what we were looking for during East High Homecoming 2023! Teenagers were comfortable staying with the extra bedroom and pullout couch was also used every night. Thank you

Very nice!

This property has been fully renovated. It actually is lovelier than in the pictures. They’ve even added a patio out back with a table and chairs. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect Spot for Us

This house was just the right size and the right place for us. We were visiting our son for the week, and we were close to everywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed, and was quite comfortable. The owners were responded very quickly to questions and were very welcoming. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful, newly refurbished house in Sioux City

Our stay at Jessica & Jake's house was great! The house is located in the Morningside area of Sioux City, close to everything. The house is beautiful, clean & newly refurbished. Both bedrooms have Queen sized beds, closets & a wall AC/heater, which kept us very warm (we stayed here in winter). The bathroom is gorgeous & showerhead is luxurious. We really appreciated the full-sized washer & dryer in the basement. Small, but appreciated, details were extra pillows & blankets, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, snacks and bottled water so we really didn't need to purchase anything for the house. A snowstorm blew in on night 2 of our stay & they shoveled & salted the sidewalks & driveway for us! We were floored! That was going above & beyond. We definitely recommend this house to others & will stay here again next time we are in Sioux City.
