Come relax at this quaint brick ranch home only 30 minutes to downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Short 5 minute drive to Bold Rock Cidery, Mills River Brewery, and Burning Blush Brewery - all 3 have food trucks! Hiking trails are minutes away in DuPont Forest and off the Blue Ridge Parkway, or you can simply stay at this cozy bungalow with the brand new firepit! The home offers a new washer and dryer, fenced yard for little ones, and tons of parking! It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home.
The large windows in the living room create a very bright and airy feel to this newly renovated single-level living brick home. The living room and kitchen are large and inviting. You will find 3 bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed and twin. The living room could also easily sleep someone on the sofa.
There are 2 bathrooms; 1 with a walk-in shower and the other is a tub/shower combo in case you have little ones!
The home has a brand new fire pit, all new appliances including a washer and dryer, and smart TVs throughout.
The home has an electronic keypad, so you do not have to keep up with a key! There is a split gravel driveway, we suggest pulling to the right side of the home and walking to the front door that way.
