Parents with 2 ( couples) married children

Overall the place was neat and close to the wedding venue we attended but parking was difficult due to street cleaning schedules and busy street parking.There was also some noise or chatting you can here while your inside the home at night.Thank you for the stay.

Cet appartement est fidèle à l’annonce et possède tout ce qu’il faut à un séjour à New York. Par contre, la propreté laisse à désirer. Certain objets sont déficients ( lampe de chevet sans abat-jour, porte serviettes à moitié arrachées…) L’annonce parle d’un stationnement mais c’est plutôt difficile à se stationner. La propriétaire a été très réactive à nos demandes.

not what we were expecting

Based on the amazing reviews, we were definitely expecting a whole lot more, but we were all definitely disappointed. First, i'll start with the positives. *the pictures are pretty accurate, the floors are pretty new, the bathrooms are modern, and kitchen is nice, appliances are nice. My issues with the apartment *This is a first floor apartment, so the noise from the street is somewhat loud at times, which makes it hard for the guests to sleep that are closest to the street. Since it's a first floor apartment, the windows look directly at other houses/brick walls. The windows don't all have blinds or drapes either and people can see directly into your apartment * The area itself is really in a pretty bad part of jersey city. Even during the day, I had homeless people approaching me and actually harassing me, 1/2 block from where we were staying *parking is an absolute nightmare, especially during alternate side. I use to live in manhattan and had a car, and this place rivaled difficulty in tolerating parking alternate side. it made things really uncomfortable. *The bedroom with the brick wall is about 5 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment, it made things difficult without a space heater *The walls are really discolored and badly need to be repainted, really don't look nice, The ceiling in the main bathroom is pealing and really somewhat gross *the kitchen has no garbage disposal, and the utensils are really limited, pans were so old and not usable. *dusty

Great place to stay for a NYC trip!

Great place to stay if you’re taking a trip to the city! If you google map it, it says 47-54 minutes away from the city, but it does not feel that long at all! It’s a short bus and subway ride to anywhere in the city you want to go! The place was really nice and a perfect place to stay. 10/10 recommend!

Nice place!

We visited for 2 nights for a quick trip to NYC. The host was extremely responsive & super-helpful with recommendations. The condo was very nice & very clean. The living space was just as expected from the photos and the bedrooms were larger than expected. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was easy access to the city. The train was about a mile walk, but there was also a bus stop near the condo.

Nice place to stay to visit NJ & NY

We choose this apartment because it was an easy access by PATH train & ferry to the Five Boro Bike Tour in NY. However, because of parking issues, it's better to visit it all by public transportation. The apartment is a nice and big place to stay. We would have loved to have more kitchen equipment available like glassware & containers to store food in refrigerator (which could have been more clean). Also, a king size bed would have been nice to have in the main bedroom with bathroom. None the less, I recommend it highly because Rekha is really attentive and responds quickly to our needs. Thanks!

Wonderful jumping off point for tourists

We stayed four nights and did something new every day. This apartment was minutes by car from Liberty State Park in NJ. We took the tunnel into NYC one day and took the Water Ferry over the next. Our apartment was a clean and comfortable departure point in the morning and a welcoming respite in the evenings. Being from the midwest, it took us a minute to get used to the parking situation, but in the end it was no big deal. We will definitely be back!

This brand new, stylish modern luxury apartment, near the BIG APPLE, is fully furnished with 3 beautiful bedrooms on first floor, easily accommodating 6-8 people, also great for working travelers. It is close to cafes , restaurants and bars,10 minute walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park if you would like to go on a picnic or a nice stroll! It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Journal Square PATH train, 10 minute train ride to NYC or a 25 minute drive into the city.

Nice cafés and restaurants are located within a mile range. Lincoln park is close to the apartment. Parking is convenient as it is free street parking, and if you need to get into the city, there is a Path that is walking distance!
