Located in the heart of South Beach, this luxury rental features 7 bedrooms plus a private study with queen sleeper sofa, 7 full and 1 half baths and bedding for 18 guests. High end appointments and quality construction are balanced with plush furniture, cheerful colors and an open floorplan. This home offers exceptional amenities, such as private pool (can be heated for additional charge), spa, outdoor living area and extensive balconies with sunset views.

The 1st floor of this home features a large great room with coffered ceilings, formal dining, living room and open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is outfitted with GE Monogram stainless appliances, including a gas range and oven. A large laundry room, half bath and access to the garage underneath the home provide ample utility space, and direct access from the kitchen to outdoor living area provide the perfect arrangement for outdoor dining or refreshments. The fully furnished outdoor living area features a grill, TV and ocean views with the sounds of the swimming pool waterfall feature as the perfect backdrop.

The master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath has a double vanity with granite counter and walk-in shower with glass doors. Located just outside the master bedroom is a private study with queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, closet and flat screen TV. Guests sleeping in this private study can use the master bathroom or the other half or full baths on the first floor. Also on the 1st floor is a guest bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with walk-in shower and entrances from the hallway or within the bedroom.

The 2nd floor features 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are part of an extensive balcony with ocean views. The oceanside bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, TV and full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower on the left side of the home. The middle oceanside bedroom features a king bed, 2 chairs and sitting area with TV and full bath with walk-in shower, and the third oceanside bedroom features a king bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower. Also on the 2nd floor is a kids bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests with bunk beds (Twin/Twin) and a separate queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, private balcony on the front of the home and full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom on this level features a queen bed, TV and lobster-themed full bath with walk-in shower.

Amenities at 8 Gadwall will make you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. The private pool features a heated spa and separate sitting pool with waterfall feature. The pool deck is furnished with tables, chairs and chaise lounges overlooking the pool and backyard with ocean in the background. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with ceiling fan, grill and mounted TV. The garage has been converted into a Game Room with full size ping pong and pool tables, foosball, air hockey and a mini Pac Man arcade game. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests.

Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
