The 1st floor of this home features a large great room with coffered ceilings, formal dining, living room and open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is outfitted with GE Monogram stainless appliances, including a gas range and oven. A large laundry room, half bath and access to the garage underneath the home provide ample utility space, and direct access from the kitchen to outdoor living area provide the perfect arrangement for outdoor dining or refreshments. The fully furnished outdoor living area features a grill, TV and ocean views with the sounds of the swimming pool waterfall feature as the perfect backdrop.

Also on the 2nd floor is a kids bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests with bunk beds (Twin/Twin) and a separate queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, private balcony on the front of the home and full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower.
