Fantastic home for large families

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our requests were answered promptly. We did find some trash under the beds in a couple of the rooms but otherwise there were no issues and the home was very clean.

Fantastic Beachfront House for Large Families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an updated, clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked property. Our Family of 14 (8 50+;6 20+) had plenty of space. There is a rec room on the ground level where the kids could stay up late without disturbing the older adults and it also had a large commercial refrigerator which was great for chilling drinks, leaving us plenty of space for food in the kitchen unit. The view was lovely, the pool was better sized than other breach front houses we have rented. We also enjoyed Hilton Head in general. The water wasn't too rough, you could ride bikes on the beach and the golf was good (but go early, if it is hot). We would highly recommend this house. There is also a shaded park near by.

The perfect spot

We had a wonderful family reunion visit with family from three states. The property was top notch, newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous! The management team was very responsive to our requests for vacation help. So nice to know they are available to assist in any way needed. We are hoping we can return next year!

Vacation Homes of Hilton Head was wonderful and provided us with anything we needed during our stay. The house did not have a hose to wash off feet from ocean to pool, that was our only complaint, but we bought a splitter and added a hose and sprayer to fix that problem. Great location, and really close to the ocean...views from house are amazing!!!!

Bad people skills at rental company

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay and the house was wonderful. People at rental company need to learn customer service skills. I have been in sales for 30 years...I have had customers that where horrible to deal with but you do. We had an issue that could have been handled so much more smoothly than it was if only we where given empathy and communication of what was being done. We were hit with attitude from the start and it was never communicated to us what was being done. We have been to Hilton Head 6 times in the past 7 years and have used your rental company the last 2 times. We will never use your company again. A little friendliness and compassion go along way.

Bikes arrived sunday morning as scheduled as well as the reminder of ur family. everyone was happy with the location and the home. Sll of our needs were met including the very quick response to fix the TV/cable issues on Sunday. Other wise we enjoyed a wonderful week of beach & pool time with Family.

Very nice vacation home on the beach

Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great vacation house for a family or group of friends, right on an uncrowded section of the beach. The description and details were accurate, and the open floor plan and modern amenities made for a very comfortable stay.We only had a few nitpicks with our stay:- There are a few maintenance issues that they should probably fix: a partially broken tile in the kitchen, a toilet seat in the master bedroom with a broken hinge, and some stains on the carpet. Nothing major, but some minor maintenance would really make the house feel brand new.- They could use a better rise-off station when coming up from the beach -- currently it's just a spigot that you need to remove a hose from. Led to more sand being tracked into the pool area than if there was a little showerhead or something to use.- The Southern Hospitality Pass didn't work for a free round of golf. Two of us went to the Shipyard golf club, I told them ahead of time I had the pass, I showed them my app...and as far as I can tell they charged us full price. Oh well.Like I said, small nitpicks -- overall it was a great house, and we all had a fantastic time there.

However, the bedroom with the bunkbeds is dangerous because the ladder is not attached and fell down several times. It is an accident waiting to happen. Also the alarm went off at 1 AM and we could not find the reason. Otherwise our stay was fantastic.

The kitchen was well stocked. Liked having the pool cleaned mid week. Only negative comment was under couch was a book, half a orange, candy, paper, pieces of a game and a hair tie left by a previous guest.
