Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second trip to this property. It was perfect for a trip with several friends. The open concept kitchen/living area and outside deck are great for cooking and socializing. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The views of the bay were amazing from every room. The property manager was excellent getting us access to the resort and to parking. We will be back again.

Very nice home located directly next to Baytowne Wharf. Convenient access to the pool. Walking distance to bike rentals and a short bike ride or car drive to one of the most beautiful beaches.

This place is just as pictured. A great location with a stunning view of the bay. Comfortable spaces with great layout. Bathroom for every room. Large kitchen. Great communication with owner. John was quick to respond to any question or concern. Great place!

Wonderful weekend!

This penthouse is great! It has all the amenities we need to stay in and have a nice weekend, but also close proximity to the wharf, beach and tennis.

Very nice and great location

The destination was very nice. The A/C for the first night was not turned down before arrival so it was very hot, and there were a few other small issues, but the host addressed them ASAP.

Beautiful property

This property is stunning and was perfect for our family of 10. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great parking and an easy walk to lots of amenities. Only issue was the living room carpet was very dirty and when we tried to use the vacuum it only spit out dirt/dust. It would have also been nice to have had hand soap at each sink.

Amazing for a large group!

High class and perfect for our group of 9 women celebrating a friends birthday. Very clean and well equipped. Location was amazing. Loved the pool! Couldn’t have been happier!!

Senior 70th birthday trip

This was a wonderful property with unmatched views of Choctawhatchee Bay from every room. The unit had an open concept kitchen/dining/living area and a huge deck visible from the main living area. There was plenty of room for the three of us and would work for large family groups as well. Each bedroom (except the bunk room) had an adjoining bath which were all spotless. The bunk room used the full guest bathroom. Hotel Effie was within walking distance with a spa, bars, and restaurants. Walking trails and biking were available on the resort property. John, the property manager, was a phone call away with answers to any questions. We will definitely visit again.

Wedding stay with Family

This place was perfect for our stay of 8 adults for our daughter's wedding. Since the wedding was held on the dinner cruise boat at Baytowne, it was very convenient to stay here and have guests from the Hotel Effie join us. We held 2 dinners on different nights and the place did not make feel crowded at all with the guests we had. The 3 bedrooms with king sized bed and in-suite bathrooms made it very convenient for all the adult couples staying. My family remarked that this was the best place they have stayed in VRBO. Thanks again for having us.

My Favorite Place

This is my second time staying at this condo and I can't wait for the 3rd. Every essential thing you'll need in a home-away-from home is provided. The location is perfect because its close to every thing you'll need; from restaurants, shopping, the beach, even a movie theater. Everything is within a 5 minute drive or less. Our host John was amazing...helpful in anyway we could ask for. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on that gorgeous patio!

Beautiful, Spacious, Lots to do!

What a gorgeous place to stay! So spacious, clean, open and has everything you could need. Just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, pools, fitness center, tram to the beach etc. OR if you want to stay in for a while - so peaceful and QUIET! Great place for relaxation. Upon arrival, it did take us a minute to figure out where to park in the Garage but once we understood you had to follow the signs to "Bahia" there are spots near your elevator. Also - I had originally asked if there was a pack n play and was told yes but couldn't find it. John immediately came over and brought us one - excellent customer service!

Great Stay

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed. The actual penthouse is even better than the promotional photos. It worked great for our party of ten. The teenagers and younger children loved the experience. Wonderful kitchen. Beautiful views from the terrace and throughout the entire property. Just a short pleasant walk to the Village at Baytown Wharf with its shops, restaurants and bars. Property manager John was extremely accommodating and readily available to answer any questions. This place is right out of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous ".

PERFECT VACATION, PERFECT LOCATION, TERRIFIC HOST.

Staying at this property was an experience of a lifetime. We are from North Idaho and my wife, of 4 years, has never really traveled much nor experienced many of the finer things in life. She felt like a Princess in the exquisite tower of the castle. My daughter, 40, and her husband joined us for a few days and were thrilled. The location at Baytown Wharf is perfect, very short and easy walk to the Village but away from the bustle and noise. The property manager, John, was terrific in every way and extremely professional. If I could rate this property a "6" or above I would. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Penthouse !

This is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in at Baytowne. And we've stayed in numerous ones. It has everything you need for your stay. John the property manager was beyond helpful. Always quick and prompt to answer any questions I had prior to arriving and while we were there. This was a family getway and I will say it easily accommodated all of us (adults) and everyone had plenty of room with very comfortable beds!! (Thats a biggie for me) We enjoyed the games provided. Fun game nights. The pool being right outside lobby door was really convenient This is a must book unit!! We will be back!!

Beautiful Condo .. Clean and Relaxing

The condo was beautiful and clean. It had beautiful views. All bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. We didn't need the bunk beds, but that room was so cute and would be great for small children. Both balconies were nice and relaxing and the outdoor cornhole game was fun. The washer and dryer worked great. The table was great for playing family games. We even had door dash delivered once. The one thing we didn't account for was parking in a parking garage on a holiday weekend. Parking was a nightmare for most of the week, but it was a very enjoyable trip besides the parking situation.

Absolutely Amazing

Our family has been traveling to Destin and staying on the San Destin resort for almost 20 years. This property takes the cake above all places we have stayed. We often frequent the Lasata, but wanted to try something different this year, and were very pleased with this property. It is clean , beautifully decorated, well stocked with appliances and gadgets, board games , tram passes, beach towels … the list goes on! The VIEW is absolutely breathtaking and the firework show can be seen from Al the balconies and windows . I absolutely loved the master bedroom view and bathroom , but the other rooms did not disappoint either. John was absolutely amazing and gave us great tips that we never knew about when visiting the beach and other options at the resort. The whole family agrees that this property is a must for all future travels to San Destin ! Pictures do not do this properly justice ! The blue pearl signature drink recipe that is provided on a cute card when you walk into the penthouse is a MUST try - it was delicious and befitting for the penthouse !
