Miami family trip

Property was listed as “a gated community”, which it was not. It was a residential area next to high traffic streets. Back yard looked like a war zone- broken glass, heavy plastic embedded in sand, broken rusting lawn chair in middle of yard, and not a sandy beach- it was hard rock. Pool was dirty, doors were dirty, beds terribly uncomfortable. Screens at back sliding doors were falling apart. The screens above the enclosed patio were falling in. Dishwasher was falling out of cabinet. I had to text owner to get pot holders and they didn’t even provide new ones -they brought dirty ,used ones. The house was I. Desperate need of TLC- especially the bathrooms. I would never stay at this property again. Big disappointment.

5 Night Stay

Myself and 6 other friends had stayed at this property for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had, and amazing to work with. The pictures were very true to how it looked in person, the rooms fit all of us adults very comfortably and the beds were all very comfortable!! My only concern with the house is there is a step up/down to the living room and although there is caution tape to make you aware, if you are traveling with kids, just have to be careful as the tile is very deceiving and they could miss the step. Location was amazing, only about 20-25 minutes pending traffic to either South Beach, or Fort Lauderdale and we ventured to both. If you are looking to go to a football game, it was VERY easy to get to and home from the game even with the traffic. Uber rides were reasonably priced to and from the location no matter what time it was. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious house, and are looking to be centrally located with.

Spacious and comfortable home

The process to check in was very easy, and communication with the host was excellent. The entire house was clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a spacious and comfortable home in the North Miami Beach area.

Very nice home! Great to have a private pool!

This house was very comfortable and would easily sleep 8+. Very clean! The master bed was also very comfortable! The pool was clean and we enjoyed it! My husband used the kayak on the small lake and enjoyed it as well! The house is very close to a Publix which was convenient for us. Try Roasters and Toasters- it’s within walking distance to the house! Huge servings at reasonable prices! The only constructive criticism I would add it to add some standing fans to the screened patio area. We would stay there again! Excellent communication with the host as well!

Best Vacation Miami Home

A++ best experience I ever had. Everything went smooth. The house was beautiful especially the back yard. Didn’t really need to go to the beach because you basically have one in the back. Christian was an amazing host. Will definitely come back on our next Miami trip. Thank you

Amazing!

The property was exactly as pictured and described, maybe even better! Christian was a dream to deal with. Incredibly responsive and accommodating! We had a minor issue on day 2 that he immediately came to check out and resolve. I would definitely stay here again and rent from Christian!

Short weekend

The house is perfect for a quick getaway with family. The beds , bed linens and sheets are all from ikea or similar. Very low uncomfortable quality. Other than that the house was ok clean and very spacious.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Wow, wow, wow!!!! This house was perfection. 8 of us stayed here for our annual girls' trip for a long weekend. The place was even more beautiful in person. Super clean, great location, and awesome lake access. We loved going out in the kayak, and lounging in the pool. Everything we needed was right there. We even had a personal chef come in one night! The house was super spacious, and we really liked that everything was all on one floor. Even though we typically pick new cities for our trip each year, we all agreed that we'll be coming back here next year. Christian was a great host, and was quick to respond with any questions we had about our trip. We can't wait to come back!!!!
