Your oasis awaits! Third floor condominium located in the oceanfront community of Surf Condos in Surf City. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony taking in views of the ocean and watch the dolphins in the distance. Relax by the private zero-entry pool or take a stroll right to the dedicated beach access points. One mile to the heart of Surf City, end your night enjoying the many restaurants and activities or enjoy the grilling areas right near the condominium front office. This gated community is quiet, family-friendly, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway.

Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, and there are two queen beds in the upstairs loft. The living-room couch is a pull-out sofa for additional space. There are flat screen Roku/Smart TVs in the master bedroom and the living room and board-games for family fun.

Other things to note:
There are no elevators in any of the Surf Condos. This is a third floor (top floor) unit.
Private parking pass provided. Please hang tag in your vehicle.
Guests have access to the beach, pool, laundry room and gym.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.

This was our first vacation in surf city and we enjoyed it! I loved that it was steps away from the beach and the pool was nice!

Awesome location

Beach was steps away, pool was never too crowded, showers available right outside the beach. Only issue was beach access only stairs so had to carry the wagons. House was cute, perfect size for us. Just like the listing.

Nice stay

We found the owner to be easy to communicate with and were given contacts for the property manager and cleaning folks. There were a couple issues with cleaning that could have easily been missed. We passed those along and expect that they’ll be resolved for the next folks. The unit was exactly as pictured. It will be helpful to know that, while the kitchen has essentials, it doesn’t have extras. No blender, gadgets etc but fine for basic needs. Everything that was there was in great shape. Knives were sharp! I salute the owners for that. There were neighbors next door, and the complex was crowded over July 4th, but busy as it was, noise was never an issue. The pool was in great shape, as was the furniture. Laundry area was surprisingly easy to use with QR coded machines. The bed was very comfortable. Biggest complaint was that the Wi-Fi, shared in the community, was useless. We ended up having to hit spot for our whole stay. Overall, it was as expected and comfortable for two people. As a bonus, I lost 5 lbs and trimmed my thighs on the three flights of stairs.
