FOUR DELUXE BEDROOMS

The spacious King Primary Suite features large walk-in closet, bright, all new en suite bath with double sink vanity, and walk-in 2 person shower. There's a 60'' TV and a wall of sliding glass doors for easy access to the backyard and pool.

The second large King Master Suite has a sofa seating area, en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, 60” TV, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to the backyard.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.

Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

The owner keeps two cars in the garage, but there's ample room to park up to the allowed 4 vehicles in front of the garage and in the circular driveway.

Max occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children under 12.
