We absolutely loved our stay!! We enjoyed all the lights and fire pit in the evenings! We were also very please with how clean everything was and how comfortable the beds were! Awesome house!! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

An absolutely amazing stay, Breanna was the perfect host! Named appropriately, the Cozy farmhouse provided just what we needed for a fabulous birthday weekend getaway. The perfect location, the perfect amenities…especially the outdoor fire pit by the stream, cannot say enough about it besides we will be back!

Weekend Wintergreen Ski Trip

Great accommodations, cozy farmhouse with beautiful scenery. Home was well stocked with lots of extras; welcome basket of snacks, well stocked kitchen, firewood for campfire and wood stove. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was very informative and welcoming. Definitely will book again.

The Cozy Farmhouse w/Mountain Views lived up to the name. We had a great family weekend there with our adult children and found the house to be very comfortable, lovely and clean. Ample stock on essentials and extra amenities were a pleasant and welcome surprise. We were too busy exploring the area to take advantage of the fire pit but it was an inviting space so we would love to return and make time on our next trip to the area. Breanna has really set the bar high for vacation rentals. Thank you for hosting a great property for our family get away!

Fun at the Inn of the Woods

We had a great stay at the Inn of the Woods! The size was perfect for a family of four and we enjoyed the sun filled dining area and making mountain pies at the fire pit. Close to breweries, wineries and distilleries, we were able to sample foods and drinks of the local area. Highly recommend this location for your next visit to the mountains of Virginia!

Short Family getaway

The farmhouse was adorable! It was perfect for our family. The house was nicely updated, beautiful bathroom finishes, fun fire pit area. We especially loved all the cozy blankets in every room! The house was in a great location, close to multiple hiking trails as well as breweries and wineries!

Weekend away

My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pictures do not do it justice on how pretty and calm it is to stay here. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet get away close to wineries and breweries.

Beautiful and Comfortable

My husband and i stayed here for our daughter's wedding. It was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were upgraded and had good water pressure. The only downside was the air fresheners were a bit much. It wasnt to cover anything as i removed them and it smelled just fine. A little more space for hanging clothes in the bedroom would have been nice. There was plenty in the bathrooms and we just hung our clothes there. I highly recommend. Great view and fire pit.

Adventure hiking getaway and happy wedding goer

Great enjoyed the proximity of the home to wineries, waterfalls, hikes and breweries. I absolutely loved the Wood Ridge Pizza and Brewery only 15 minutes away. The home was immaculate and all the little details like the lighted pathway were amazing. The instructions and keyless entry were a plus to having access for multiple travelers. I also appreciate all the little details like snacks and appropriate baking dishes for heating up food. The decor of the home was beautiful, and all the furniture and natural lighting made the stay very enjoyable. Would definitely consider another visit as we usually plan 2 family hiking trips to the area in each year. Grade= A++ in my book.

Comfy Farmhouse

The house is located in a beautiful area of Virginia. Is very bright and comfortable on the inside with plenty of windows and sitting areas. We love the firepit by the stream. It made for a relaxing night with smores and wine. We really enjoyed the ammount of outdoor and indoor sitting areas. We also enjoyed how close the farmhouse was to walking trails and wineries.

Tranquility and relaxtion at its best!

We enjoyed our stay ever so much! The location is wonderful, the house is decorated beautifully and kitchen is well stocked. Relaxing on the front swing was defintely a highlight!
