Bedroom 1 - The stylish bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. Includes blackout shades.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom offers a Queen size bed, large closet for personal storage, ceiling fan, and stylish décor. Includes blackout shades.
Bedroom 3 - The Sun Room features 2 Twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), a large standing mirror and standing closet system, as well as a large hanging basket light, and baseboard heating. No blackout shades.

We do allow dogs at this home! While the home does not have a fenced in yard, there is a huge park located just a few blocks to the north that's perfect for walking, running around, and playing fetch. We also include the pet-friendly items below.

Guest access
You’ll have access to every room and feature of the upstairs portion of the home. You will not have access to the host's separate living quarters, which includes the laundry machines, 2-car garage, or the separate basement living area occupied by the homeowner.

Make yourself at home - your host is just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Please note, the host lives on site in the separate basement unit as it is legally required in the City and County of Denver for a short-term rental property to be the primary residence of the homeowner. The host does NOT share any living space with guests and provides complete privacy during your stay.

Other things to note:
☆☆Dog Rules☆☆
Dogs are approved on a case by case basis up to a maximum of 3 dogs please and the owner reserves the right not to accept pets based on required criteria. Sorry, no puppies or cats or any other pets besides dogs allowed at this time. We kindly ask that owners either keep their pets off the furniture or use the provided couch and bed coverings to help keep the furniture and beds clean and protect from any damage.

The normal limit for dogs is less than 60 pounds, no history of destructive behavior, aggression, biting, or excessive barking. If you would like to bring more than one well-behaved dog on your stay, please message me prior to booking to discuss options, I will do my best to work with you!

Please note this property does NOT have a fenced-in yard. You are free to use the grassy area along the east side of the property or take a quick walk to nearby Huston Lake park just a few blocks to the north. Please clean up after your dog - there will be an additional $200 fee for any destruction of property or animal waste left behind after your stay. Please do not leave your dog alone in the house unless he or she is in a crate you bring and properly crate-trained. If you need one, there are local doggy day cares nearby if you will be away longer than a few hours.

Shared Residence: The homeowner lives on site in a separate basement unit as this is legally required per the short-term rental rules in the City and County of Denver. This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the homeowner and the nearby neighbors is of utmost importance.

*NO* Laundry: As the listing and photos clearly show, there is no in-unit laundry included. No washer and no dryer. There are several local laundromats nearby and an iron and ironing board are included for your convenience.

Families with children: While the home is usable for families with children, no specific changes or additions have been made to accommodate children. Any specific items relating to the safety, health, or entertainment of children are the responsibility of the adult guest(s). Children must be attended by an adult (18+) at all times and may not be left alone in the home at any time.

Parking: Enjoy full use of the huge off street parking area in front of the house! There is room for at least 3 full size vehicles in the space provided. Please note the homeowner will be using the 2-car garage. Please plan to park on the left side, in front of the kitchen patio doors and main entrance. Please do not park in front of the garage on the right-hand side.

Check-in: Several days prior to check-in we will send you an automated message with check-in instructions. Once confirmed, you'll also have access to the house manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

Perfect house and perfect location to visit Denver
My large family was gathering in Denver for Christmas. This house was perfect for a number of us to use as are base for the visit. It is easy to get to everywhere from here. The house had all that we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay in Denver. I am sure we will book again next time to come to Denver for family gatherings!

Property was immaculate. You can tell a lot of effort was put into the interior space. Beautiful floors and kitchen was fabulous. Owner was helpful and available if needed. Great find.

Good place to stay!
Needed something clean & affordable for a short stay for a girls trip. Everyone had a good sleep each night. The house had adequate space, amenities and parking. Convenient to major highway and railway. Overall good place to stay!

Centrally located for Rocky Mountain National Park, Pikes Peak and downtown Denver. Home was updated inside with parking outside. Would stay here again.

I'm a Denver native, but grew up in the woods of Pennsylvania. I've been back in Colorado since 2005, got my BA from Juniata College (PA) ​in 2005, and then earned my MBA from the University of Denver in 2013.

During the day, I work as a Product Manager at a large tech company. On the side, I am also a real estate investor here in Colorado and now own two properties.
