Red Rocks is about 15 - 20 minutes, as there are many events in the area!
The Edgewater Public Market is 4 minutes away, an awesome place to visit.
Casa Bonita a landmark of Denver is only around the corner.
Just a few minutes driving to Downtown Denver.
The Broncos Stadium, Coors Field, Ball Arena!
Close to downtown, Lo-Hi, Highlands Denver, light rail, and the mountains!
This is a beautiful, one bedroom unit with a walk in closet.
The washer/ dryer in a spacious laundry room, new appliances, and a wood burning fireplace!
You’ll enjoy your stay, the ambiance, the outdoor patio, and privacy.
The bathroom has a bathtub as well.
Have your privacy on the outdoor patio in this unit that is situated at the quiet West end of the complex, which is also just a few short feet away from the pool.
Parks, restaurants, and Sloans Lake are only a few minutes away and within walking distance!
The complex has a clubhouse, and a large seasonal pool for cooling off in the summer.
This condo features a living room, bathroom, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a smart TV for you to watch movies or listen to great music.

Guest access

Guests have access to all areas in the Condo except the owner's closet in the living room.

Interaction with guests

Guests have complete privacy yet the owner is only a text message away to answer any questions. Rides to Red Rocks shows (or other areas), hot springs and/or dispensary tours, rides to and from the airport are available for an extra charge depending on availability. Just ask :)

Other things to note

This property is accessible in any season and there are fun things to do anytime of the year. The road is plowed at the same time as the highways in the winter season, but an AWD car is recommended if snow is expected. You will be provided with menus and guides to experience the most of this beautiful state! Free Wifi is given and you will be provided with the information once you arrive.
Light refreshments are provided upon check-in consisting of coffee, is provided to start the morning! One body towel, hand towel, and washcloth will be provided for the duration of your stay between one to five nights. Fresh towels will be provided after 7 nights. Should you prefer additional towels during your stay, please let us know so that we may accommodate you better.

The host was very responsive and welcoming. The home is very warm, stocked and easy to use. Parking in the snow is great with the covered parking. I would stay again in a heart beat!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Niko and Julie are amazing. The place had everything I needed and was super clean and pleasant. They left me water and snacks to make my stay more comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and it’s only 25 mins away from Red Rock formation. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Lovely place, quiet, has all the comforts of home. Great location, has a nice outdoor seating area, easy parking, hosts were lovely- they provided suggestions of many different things to do. It was plenty of space for me and my two teens (and little dog, too)

This is an incredible spot and we will 100% be staying again our next time in Denver. It was comfortable, cozy, the host left a wonderful box of snacks and beverages for us, and the communications was great! The location is incredible and it has the cutest most convenient covered porch area. Don't second guess this place, it's 5 stars all the way!

My friend and I picked this property because we went to a concert at Red Rocks and wanted a “neighborhood” to stay at that had access to parks and restaurants. We found the perfect place to stay! The unit was clean and had all the amenities we would need. The area was easy to navigate and close to Red Rocks. Our host kept up a nice flow of communication and entry (and exit) into (and out of) the property was super easy. I would like to think I will be back to Denver and would stay here again!

I was slightly worried about the location (near the back of the complex) but property was cozy, quaint, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway for hiking and concert at Red Rocks! Walkable to the Edgewater Market and Sloan lake as advertised. Host was accommodating and responsive. While the mattress could use an upgrade, the condo was clean and had several personal touches. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!
