Welcome to Summer Breeze Cottage!
Charming house near the bay in a quiet wooded family friendly neighborhood. Clean contemporary style space with all you need to feel at home. The home was remodeled (2021/22) with lots of upgrades. Just a few minutes walk to Choctawhatchee Bay that has a small boat two blocks from the house. Away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, but just a short car ride to many world renowned beaches, local shopping, and attractions. Long term renters are considered and monthly and seasonal discounts are available.

- Beaches - close to Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, hiking trails, restaurants, live music, activities and more are all nearby! Upon arrival, you'll find plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house.
Through the side entryway, you'll find an open floor plan living-kitchen-dining space. The light and bright finishes with plenty of windows and two sets of french doors to bring in the light from outside!
There is a wrap-around porch with covered deck with two rocking chairs and sitting chairs, as well as two outdoor dining spaces! Surrounded by the shade of live oak, magnolia and pine trees.
This modern cottage has two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, and offers one king bed, two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

10/10 – Wonderful place!

Beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need! This housed eight of us comfortably and contributed to an awesome vacation. We cooked nearly all our meals here, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked for whatever we needed. The four bikes, four beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys were an added bonus. The screened-in porch that wraps around the house is amazing too! Thanks for thinking of everything!

Family Visit

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was very clean and modern. There were many reasons it felt like a home not a rental. Books, games, throws, art, and being fully stocked in every room are some of them. The screened in wrap around porch was great. The location was convenient to 30A, Destin and Panama City. The owner was very communicative and super helpful. We will be staying here again!

Stunning Property

My family and I utilized this beautiful property for a transition time after selling our home. It is nestled two blocks from the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay, only three or so miles to Grayton Beach, but in a very private area. The home features an expansive wrap around and SCREENED in porch which really expands the living space and allows you to enjoy the outdoors bug free. The large living area was tastefully decorated and provided a great space to lounge with the family on the especially comfy furniture. There is even an XBOX ONE for the kids or the big kid in you. The kitchen area was large and well appointed with top of the line appliances and everything you could ever need to cook delicious meals. Each bedroom was decorated uniquely different, but with the same classy style as the rest of the home. All beds were very comfy and linens, pillows, and duvets were first class. The back yard is large with a 10ft fence, and swing set and treehouse for the kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and provided the exact vibe we were looking for to begin our families new adventure. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and responsive to anything we may have needed, and really went above and beyond. Super host for sure. If you are looking for a classy, private vacation home close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, with a first class host and property manger, your search ends here. Book it now. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

The property looks exactly like the pictures on the website, it was clean, and the furniture was in really good shape. It was not like some pictures that you see online and when you get there it is totally different. Everything that was needed was right there, it also has a playhouse in the back with a fence if you have children. It was the best property that we have rented, and we have rented a lot. We will definitely come back and refer family and friends.

Beautiful House and Amazing Hosts

This trip was our first big family trip with our little ones, we weren't sure seeing how they're toddlers but our host made it so easy and memorable. Tracy and her house Manager were available in mins for any questions or needs we had. They had a playhouse in back with sand, and in a private backyard, brand new toys, games and movies for kids or adults. It was truly a dream come true for parents. Best part was when the kids went to bed, on one of the 3 huge, comfortable beds, iys allowed the adults to unwind. The house was Absolutely amazing for adults to relax and enjoy the sounds, the stars and the quiet peaceful outdoors. All this on the screened in full wrap around porch. Every need for the home, the beach and vacations were available. Truly a great place for vacations with family and kids. 2min walk to bay area with beautiful waters. If you don't have kids it's wonderful for a getaway for a few couples. Very spacious and fully equipped with all your needs for cooking and relaxing with friends and loved ones.. We'll definitely be back...
