This premium, walk-to-beach location is less then half a block from the San Juan beach access offering an easy 2 minute stroll to the waves.

Perfectly situated along Scenic Highway 30A, “The Sweet Southern Juan” blends classic coastal character with modern comfort in a quiet, family and luxury-friendly neighborhood.

The entire main living space is on the second floor including a private balcony overlooking joyful San Juan beach goers. Sit back and relax in an atmosphere providing for that freeing, vacation spirit with relaxing coastal breezes.

The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with table and bar seating, and a large inviting living room—perfect for recharging before dinner after a day at the beach. With plenty of natural light and thoughtful updates throughout, this home feels both cozy and refreshed.

*Please note: While this is a single-family home, guest quarters are located on the lower level. Inquiries regarding guest quarters availability and occupancy are welcome.
