Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated in 2020, this perfectly situated East End area home is new to the vacation rental market, and is exactly where you want to be for your visit to St. Simons.  Located on Olive Way near Coast Cottage Lane, you will find the beach is only steps away. The custom kitchen features bar seating, new appliances and an open floor plan including the spacious dining room and family room. Directly off the family room, find a beautiful covered porch overlooking the pool where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breezes. The Primary Bedroom Suite occupies the top floor of the villa and overlooks the private pool. The large bedroom has a king bed, two seating areas, and private access to the top floor porch. There is a walk-in closet, along with a huge primary bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, as well as double sinks. On the first and second floors, guests will find three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds, as well as their own ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom offers two twin beds and also includes its own bath.

The outside pool area is a virtual paradise. Beautifully landscaped, there is a large pool, two seating areas, and a firepit gathering spot. There is also an outside shower and an easily accessible half bath in the garage area. The garage offers parking for two cars, with additional parking space for two more cars in the driveway.
