Convenient and clean in Eugene

Amazing location with quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the University. Great for a small group with children of any age. Rental is well cared for and super clean. Highly recommend for your stay.

Welcoming and cozy

We loved our stay here! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine sitting out for us in the nice, well stocked kitchen. There was coffee there for our use so we were set for the next morning. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the decor was really cute. Nice location too. Would highly recommend!

One night stay for a concert at Cuthbert

The only surprise was this property is a townhouse. I think I just didn't look too closely when booking it, but I'm glad I didn't, or we would have missed this great property. Very nice place with a great location.

Very clean

The property was extremely clean and very welcoming. The front door was a little problem with having to put the code in a few times before it unlocked/locked, but it was a small price to pay for such a spacious, clean, and quiet home.

Volleyball Moms

Super comfortable stay for three moms! We were in town to watch our daughters play volleyball and needed a centrally located property. This location was fantastic and the property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable and spacious for us all. This happened to be the weekend of the big ice storm, so the fact that we were allowed to use the one car garage was a lifesaver. Kathrine was very kind and checked in with us due to the severely cold weather. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Amazing

This place was very nice in every way. Clean, well organised, and modern, with nice features like motion activated night lights on the floorboards in the bathrooms, and a very good location. There was plenty of hot water and very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, I messed up and somehow only booked for 1 night what was supposed to be 2, yet the hosts were gracious about our late departure and even offered to help us find a new place to stay. Great communication, even through an issue. Strongly recommended.

Summer golf trip

Enjoyed our stay very much once we located the correct unit. It would have been really helpful if we had been given the correct house number. The number we were given was occupied by a family with a small dog. Imagine their surprise when we used the key code given and walked into their condo! We didn’t realize our unit was so close to a very busy intersection. Lots of road noise! However, the unit was very clean and nicely decorated,

Perfect for families

Our stay was a quick one to connect with our daughter & her hubby before our whole family took off on a roadtrip. But this place was perfect for all to gather at, have pizza, play a game or two, and crash before taking off in the morning. Landlord was quick to respond to our questions. Space was ample for the 8 of us (6 stayed overnight). In addition to having used several other short-term rentals across the country, i am also a bookkeeper for the owner of 5 short-term properties so am aware of the supplies others provide. This place was well stocked, spotless, and details were obviously attended to! Though parking is limited, we had no problem finding space. This place is conveniently located near shops, highway system and the University (for events and visiting the kids).
