3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, especially in outdoor spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.
4. Check-Out Procedures:
- Leave the house the way you found it (no need to make or strip beds).
- Place used towels in the bathtub or shower.
- Ensure dishes are placed in the dishwasher or sink.
- Take trash and recycling out to the bins provided.
5. Extra Guests Policy: Reservations exceeding 4 guests will incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. Please ensure accurate guest counts when booking.

My husband Zac and I fell in love with Eugene when we moved here from Bangkok in the late 90s. Despite having lived in different countries and growing up with a diplomat for a father, we both agree that there's no place quite like Eugene. The fresh air, relaxed way of life, and simplicity of living here is unmatched.
Our property is located just an hour's drive away from some of the most beautiful natural wonders in the area, including the coast, hot springs, and waterfalls. As your host, I'm dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable stay and can provide you with recommendations for local hikes, restaurants, and other fun activities.
When I'm not busy hosting, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, which includes our two beautiful children and our adorable pups, Jack and Dexter. You might also find me practicing yoga, paddle boarding, exploring nature trails, or tending to my beloved plants.
