High end and inviting finishes that make you never want to leave. Enjoy 100' of private beach on the other side of M22, then take the chill off with a 5 person hot tub. Close to downtown TC, yet far enough from the everyday traffic.

Beautiful newly remodeled home across the road from Grand Traverse Bay. No stone has been un-turned in the remodel. Enjoy luxury with these high end finishes that exude warmth.

Two bedroom, two bath upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. Township licensed for occupancy up to 8 Adults and 2 Children under 5 years of age. STR License 2026-09

Perfect stay!

From the home to the private beach to location, this was the perfect place to stay for our family! Everything is very well thought out. Kyle was a wonderful communicator and checked in a few times throughout our stay. I’d recommend and I would absolutely stay again!

We had the best time during our stay at Kyle's amazing house. This was the second time we have stayed at the house. It was once again perfect for our group of friends on a wine tour. The house is so comfortable, ideal for cooking in the kitchen, lounging and catching up. The location is also perfect for accessing downtown Traverse City and the Leelanau Penninsula destinations. We look forward to staying here again next year!

The house was really nice, beds comfortable. The only down side was house on a very busy road. To cross the street with kids was nervous to get to beach. I loved the setup of the house and the view outside. Really nice home. Thanks for the stay

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The house was beautiful, in a perfect location and had absolutely everything we needed. It was also extremely clean and very well decorated. The private strip of beach across the street was great for sunbathing as well as an evening bonfire. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt as well.

Amazing Wine Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was the perfect location for our ladies wine weekend. It is very clean, comfortable, and decorated well. And it has an amazing view! The host was very responsive to any question we had, and checked in often. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful location, we never left the house

We came in for a short weekend and we never left the house. A beautiful beach right across the street, a giant backyard, a well-appointed house with everything you need. Kyle was a great communicator and check in/check out process was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay again and would recommend this house to our friends and family.

Perfect Location

We had 6 adults and 2 kids, the house layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms are a good size with lots of closet space. Loved the back yard and deck, great for throwing the football and chipping with a club. The view of the lake was beautiful, the beach was just us, if you don't have water shoes, Tom's grocery has them! You can walk out super far which give an every better view. TC was super close, construction going on, but did not keep us from the shops and restaurants! Close to golf courses as a bonus:)

Wow, our stay at this VRBO was amazing! The house was super clean and comfy, with all the cool stuff we needed. But let me tell you about that hot tub—talk about awesome! Picture this: It's a chilly spring morning, and we're chilling in the hot tub, surrounded by nature. It was like heaven! Seriously, the best way to kickstart our day or chill out after exploring. The hosts were top-notch, always making sure we were happy and giving us tips on what to do nearby. The place had everything, from a great kitchen to super comfy beds. We're already planning our next trip because this place rocked our socks off. If you want a relaxing escape with all the homey feels, this VRBO is it. Don't think twice, just book it!
