Yes I am old, 78, but I have advanced degrees from Boston University and MSU and am not a feeble minded septuagenarian. The guests were reminded DURING THEIR STAY VIA TEXT to take the totes to the street before leaving. They are heavy and easy to wheel to the streets for 30 somethings but difficult at my age. The $50 per tote charge for failing to take them to the street is noted in my detailed handbook and merely a passthrough from our cleaning crew - not a "money grab". Two wash cloths were ruined from what I do not know but I put on gloves to dispose of them for fear of contracting something. One of the guests was so inebriated that he fell out of the top bunk, into the wall and broke through the drywall which had to be repaired. But the coup de grace was an 8 FOOT PHALLIC SYMBOL DRAWN IN CHALK ON MY GARAGE FLOOR, which I charged $50 to clean up myself because I didn't want my cleaning crew to see it. That is disrespecting my property which is unacceptable. They will definitely not be invited back!!!!
