The Breen House is the perfect space to unwind and take in all that Parkville has to offer! With four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and 2 living rooms you'll have plenty of space to kick back and relax. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers! The eclectic aesthetic will make you feel right at home in Parkville, providing you a stress free space to relax after a day of exploring. Built in 1912, it is the original family home of Charles P Breen. Breen was a Master Stone Mason for Park College and you'll see his work in many of the stone retaining walls throughout Parkville!

- 15 minute drive to Downtown Kansas City
- 15 minute drive to Kansas City International Airport
- 20 minute drive to Union Station

There are 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds, 1 with a king bed, and a fold out sofa in the living room. There a 4 full bathrooms - 2 adjoin bedrooms.

The décor & amenities reflect the quaint, welcoming feel of Parkville. We have smart TVs with a plethora of apps guests may sign into. Two living rooms offer an opportunity to spread out during your stay.

There is room for 2-3 cars to park in front of the house. Please note there are many steps to reach the entry. You will have a unique code for the foyer door and the upstairs unit. These codes will be sent to you the day prior to check in.

There are stairs to reach the main house entry and more stairs to reach the second level. While we'd love to have you stay, if stairs aren't your thing, this isn't your spot. If a more easily accessible stay is required, please check out other local listings.
While we like fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
