Guest will have access to the main level and second floor. The basement and third story is not available for guest use. The third floor is occupied by a long term tenant with a completely separate exterior entrance. There are no shared spaces and no interaction is required between the guest and the tenant.

As the smaller counterpart to our larger flagship Pioneer home, this residence delivers the same attention to detail, luxury finishes, and thoughtful amenities — all perfectly curated for a more intimate stay.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on the third floor with a private, exterior entrance. The guest space is fully private, and there are no shared areas.

There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is not a fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Big 12 Tournament

We stayed here for 4 days during the Big 12 Basketball tournament. Plenty of space and great location with Westport and downtown KC so close!

The house was great with plenty of old time charm! Plenty of space for lounging, great dining room set up, everyone has their own bedroom, we were right near downtown for our event. The only draw back was pulling our minivan into the driveway. It was a little tight coming in off the street, but that was our only (very small) issue. Would definitely rent this house again, just maybe with a shorter vehicle 😁

Came for college move-in.

We had three vehicles with us for my daughters's college move-in, so we wanted some off-street parking. This property was perfect for that - plenty of parking! The house is a lovely size, plenty of room for everyone. If we wanted to gather together, there was room for that, if we wanted our own alone time, there was room for that. Everything is very comfortable, easy to use, clean and ready to go.
