Welcome to Sunshine Over the City BNB! You will be close to everything Columbia has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located BRAND NEW 3bed/1 bath renovated home complete with a full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances!
All you need is sleep in our comfortable

~triple bunk (room perfect for kids!)
There's a fire pit and plenty of yard space for entertaining! It's extremely convenient to Williams Brice stadium, 5 local parks, and downtown Columbia!

You have the entire 3bed/1 bath home to yourself!
KING BEDROOM: You'll be very comfortable in our King bedroom with Sleigh bed, TV with ROKU, dresser, and brand new furnishings and room darkening curtains and sound machine for blissful sleep!
Queen BEDROOM: Across the hall, there is also a Queen bedroom complete with a comfy platform bed, nightstands, and dresser featuring navy/yellow new furnishings and room darkening curtains!
Triple BUNK BEDROOM: We designed this room for kids or friends that want their own beds. There's a night light, toys, sound machine, and bean bag chair.

~Shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo
~Dedicated Workspace with desk and lamps
~Firepit with Adirondack chairs & patio lights
~Charcoal Grill (BYOcharcoal/fluid)
~Drip Coffee pot with coffee essential provided

~Shampoo/Body Wash provided.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious and invites you in with it's bright and happy furnishings, and comfortable seating! There's a ROKU TV for any streaming you'd like to log into and have during your stay!
KITCHEN: The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steels appliances, and seating for 4! Our kitchen table doubles as a game table with wooden chess pieces and game board! It's stocked with your kitchen basics if you'd like to cook at home, but you're close to everything downtown if you'd like to dine out!
OUTSIDE: There's a spacious backyard with patio string lights, fire pit, charcoal grill (BYOCHarcoal/fluid) and bright blue Adirondack chairs to sit back, relax, and enjoy the warm South Carolina sun!
WALK to FIVE nearby Parks! Valencia, Rosewood, Owen's Field, Tyler, or Bates parks! All great for kids or exercise!
Please inquire about PETS. We may accept up to 2 potty trained dogs with a pet fee.
There is a smartlock. You will be provided a unique code to your stay prior to check-in. Enter your code and the door unlocks. To lock, press the lock button. We have exterior surveillance on the front and back doors to ensure your safety.
We live closeby, but will not be onsite. We are responsive hosts that can be there within 15 minutes if there is an issue.
Rosewood is an eclectic mix of older established bungalows with craftsman style homes! It's home to college students to established home owners and is convenient to everything downtown Columbia has to offer! There are several parks all close by the home and some unique local restraurants in the area!
There is parking on the street in front of the home.
Traylor Team Homes & Hospitality requires a copy to be provided of your photo ID and that you provide first and last names of everyone staying on the property, as well as, ages of each guest for security purposes. There are two exterior security cameras that actively monitor and record the front/back yard for security purposes, safety, and parking. By booking this property, you agree you will not hold the owner or property management company liable for any accidents, bodily injury, or death that may occur during your stay.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.
Please Note: We will NOT ship ANY items left behind. Please ensure you have gathered ALL your belongs prior to checking out. We will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.
By booking with us you agree to not hold property owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death. All bookings understand that by booking and paying for their stay, they accept these terms at the time of booking for the duration and thereafter of their stay.
If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees or file claims for damages and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
