Our great weekend getaway

We had a great time sharing time with 8 adults who stayed comfortably in this house. Outside area has no real seating yet as owner is still working on it. No other issues in the house. Neighborhood looks like it may be going through gentrification. No issues at all.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed a week. The place was as advertised. The only issues were that the dryer doesn’t heat so the clothes won’t dry. We contacted the property manager and they said it just takes a long time to dry. Don’t plan on using the clothes dryer because it never dries. There wasn’t any soap for the showers and barely enough toilet paper even though we were barely there. Otherwise we had a great stay

Charming spot for family and friends

This property had nice amenities, like lots of beach towels, chairs and bikes, and was well located near the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The bedroom to bath ratio is helpful and there's plenty of room in the living room and kitchen/dining area to gather. Our group of 5 stayed there very comfortably and really enjoyed our time in Naples.

Comfortable home

Great house. Very clean. Some mold over door (prob from Ian storm). Might want to paint that. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but everything else was absolutely perfect. Cute house. Beds very comfortable. Shower was awesome

Adequate

Should have read the reviews and description better. Luckly our group was not as large as we had planned. Not young children safe or for elderly, the back patio is falling into the canal. Very uneven and tripping hazards. The kitchen has the basics. No coffee or tea offered. The master suite was the best part. Though the shower door pushes the mat out of the way and when you exit the shower it’s on bare tile. There is lots of evidence that they have made many upgrades to the house tho they have a ways to go. The neighbor hood is not the best, though I did feel safe. Our host was very accommodating when one of your group needed to check in early. Very much appreciated. Overall I felt it was overpriced for what we got.

Really Nice Place

All bedrooms had fresh sheets and the kitchen had all the utensils and pans we needed for cooking, and mugs and glasses for drinking. It was great to be able to put the car in the garage in the Florida heat. There was detergent for both the washing machine and dishwasher, and though it wasn't what we would use, there was shampoo and conditioner in the showers. I'm really grateful to the owners for making my life easier while on vacation, so I didn't have to worry about the house. Thank You!

Disappointing and Hot

The air conditioning did not work for a couple nights. The owner tried to get it fixed but was unsuccessful the first time. It seemed that this unit was not yet ready to be rented. There is a window broken in the kitchen. The owner ignored this text when we let him know about it. The owner replied to about 50% of the texts that we sent him. Also, no curtains or shades in the front part of the house. The neighborhood is not very nice and we felt that people were watching us. There is also a hole in the yard near the driveway at least a foot deep that was dangerous.

Nice on inside

Nice upgraded inside, but outside of property was a little rough. No railing on one of doors leading into house. Some loose concrete in driveway. Garage unusable.
